The look of the scooter is very good, I have got a very nice scooter the online scooter, it looks very good in driving, look wise it is very good, it is beautiful, I want to buy it and also want to get my friend to get it, I have a friend with him, I have seen his bad ones. I am willing to take it

We have purchased a e-scooter from an Okinawa dealer from Sawai Madhopur district, Rajasthan state of India. Now the charger is not working from last 60 days and the scooter is in the warranty period. The dealership of the Okinawa from where we have purchased has been closed. Now no dealer in our district.So I also visited to 2 dealers of Jaipur. But they also denied to look into the matter and said that please call to customer care. Please solve the problem as soon as possible.

As my charger was not working so i gave it to the dealer (Vigrous Motors Chittorgarh) for replace on 10th April 2023 its been a 1 and 1/2 month the dealer has not provided me the replaced charger, every time I call them they make excuses that our company is not placing our orders for parts and not picking up our calls so we don't know when we will be able to provide you the charger, I have buyed this vechile on a suggestion and faith that its a good company and it will help us in future if any problem arrise related to vechile but after 2 years of experience with the dealer I have decided that I will surely not suggest anyone to buy this okinawa brand vechile If the company can help me with the availability of providing the charger it will be good for me as a customer .
