Company take 60-90 days for Provide warranty of battery. This is very Bad service.

My Praise pro battery dead in 1 yr and agency told that it will go to company and return within 60-90 days.No anyone is take care about customer pblms in these days. Customer care told that Agency will give you old battery for ride whenever your battery not came but agency told that not at all like this. I feel very guilty to choose this company E-bike.

Its like a garbage

Battery backup is very low. It runs less than 30 km after full charging. The dealer doesn't have cdm (charging discharging test machine). Model name praise pro. When I purchase this bike dealer told me it will run 80-90 km on a single charge, after this performance, I surprise by how they easily fooled the buyers.
