Service and maintenance whenever you go for servicing, service is not done in 1 day. If you want to install even a small nut. And their mechanic who has absolutely no knowledge about this vehicle. After giving it for servicing, the vehicle never comes to the service center the cost of the bike is also high and maintenance is also high.

Worst electric scooter

The bike is basic. Very pathetic after-sales service. No support for customer grievances. Don't buy. After purchase, I am waiting for an insurance claim and it has been one month and I am yet to get any information from the dealer or Okinawa cc or company. Don't buy this bike>dont buy you will regret it. Its an average bike.

Poor products & irresponsible company

Scooter bought only six months ago had serious problems for more than a month, which the service station could not fix and despite complaints/information on many emails and toll-free numbers, the company did not show any seriousness and was bought for convenience.
