Showroom name. Kiaan e mobility swargate pune. Worst showroom service. They will close down the showroom and they will run away. This was our worst mistake when we bought the bike from Okinawa. Worst worst worst worst.

The look of the scooter is very good, I have got a very nice scooter the online scooter, it looks very good in driving, look wise it is very good, it is beautiful, I want to buy it and also want to get my friend to get it, I have a friend with him, I have seen his bad ones. I am willing to take it

Dealers sell like gold, which is understandable since they have a business to do.But there are lots of glitches.Firstly, since it's a silent bike, the horn is always needed. And the horn is so far that I cannot reach it on time.Secondly, the battery usage sensor is unpredictable. It shows less when you pick up speed and more when you slow down. Hence, it's like the battery power cannot be known . Once it's below 3, you do not know how much the bike will run.Thirdly, there are so few service stations in a densely populated city like Surat, where battery bikes are increasingly in demand. Their phones are always busy, Their coordination is absent. They take such a long time. My last service was done in haste & all complaints not attended to. And over it, I was charged for nothing.Quality is questionable. Dealers said that rain does not affect it. My bike is always covered and it's not been a year since I bought it, and the horn and headlights are not working in the rainy season.
