My advice does not buy Okinawa electrical vehicles as there is no proper service in time, as well as vehicles' batteries, are getting blasted. After using one-year mileage of the battery is getting low to nearly half after two years I can't imagine. There are a lot of problems in getting spares and service in time from the company itself. They have created a fake review of mileage. There is a lot to say to the buyers. I will say to all the buyers better to buy petrol vehicles instead of Okinawa scooters.

A company they are selling toys in the name of the brand, always have one or another problem with the vehicle in just 3 months I had to pay for spares replacement, the staff of the showroom are very rude to the customers, I am too much frustrated with this people, feels like to take this vehicle and park it right in front of Okinawa showroom and set fire on it. Think 10 times before you go for this company, waste of money.

Make sure this bike doesn't fall, if it someway falls loosen your pocket for a high range for spare replacement, the replaced parts are also not in the warranty.

One of the worst experiences of ebike ever seen. Very poor material, in goa no one is there to make servicing. Because of this, we have repaired it through the e-bike servicing centre and even though we have a warranty didn't get the benefit. Purchased it to save the cost of fuel but already spent 10000 on servicing so total loss. Don't purchase this Okinawa or you will be in trouble.
