Tork Motors introduces doorstep sales and service facility

- Rolls out new mobile service vans called Pit Crew

- Doorstep vehicle delivery and maintenance service available

On the occasion of World EV day, the Pune-based electric two-wheeler maker, Tork Motors, has introduced a new mobile service facility for its customers. To be carried out by its mobile service van called Pit Crew, this new venture will provide vehicle delivery and after-sales services to people’s doorsteps. 

While it is available only in Pune as of now, Tork will be widening the Pit Crew’s reach to Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Ahmedabad by the end of this financial year. Besides making the ownership experience easier and more convenient for its existing customers, with this new idea, Tork also intends to provide its impending dealers with a way to connect with their potential customers while their showrooms are being established. 

The mobile service and delivery van can accommodate three motorcycles simultaneously. And for last-minute maintenance requirements, it also carries crucial tools and spare parts. And with the help of GPS and WiFi, it is connected to the cloud for detecting and resolving software issues in Tork electric bikes and installing necessary updates. Moreover, it also houses two 700-watt battery chargers. 

As for its product portfolio, Tork Motors has two electric motorcycles in its line-up – Kratos standard and Kratos R. While the former is priced at Rs 1,02,499, the latter costs Rs 1,17,499 (ex-showroom).
