Good electric scooter 👍. I am writing this review after 2500 km run in 2 months. Overall performance is good. Saving of money. No fuel tension now. 100-110 km run easily @ sport mode at the speed of 50 km/hr in just el 2.5 units of electric bill. So in simple words, it gives a mileage of 15-20 paise per km run.

It is a good experience to have a Joy e-Bike. It gives freedom from petrol filling stations; besides this, it gives a smooth ride. It is designed to give comfort and ease of ride. It will be nice if the charging time is not too long; some technology should be incorporated to reduce the charging time. And the average per charge should be increased.

I purchased the mihos but the performance is very low, the battery is running maximum 12000 km then it does not work properly. The showroom say to me the battery exchange period is 15 to 1 month. So why we purchase it. It's a very bad scooter. Don't buy any one.First it's working properly, then it doesn't work properly and it's really irritating to the customer.

The scooter is good and comfortable, I bought it in January and it runs around 120 km on a single charge, its battery charging timing is very long (charging time is 5 hours) and according to other companies and company's policy it gets 100% charged in 2 to 3 hours*But the servicing is not being provided properly by the agency.

Overall excellent buying experience, ride quality is superb. You can also use ruff & tough because its body is unbreakable. The lights are superb, Seat is very comfortable. You can enjoy long rides as well. It's a blastic launch by Joy. I recommend this e-scooter very much. Overall excellent experience. Thank you.

Servicing and maintenance and very poor service and very very cheap Service by the dealership and customer service call center are also very bad service to provide as don't like this bike and don't like the overall brand and I Apresiet to don't bye it. Plzz doesn't bye it because of very poor service.

Easy ride quality. Extra durable plastic material.More leg space. Eco mode ranges 130 km on a single person. Charging time 6-8 at home. Breaking is good. Color options is impressive. Looks like a mixture of classic and modern styles. Per km charging cost is approx 25 paisa. The double stand in not well placed.
