I would choose Ather because of its quality and style, everyone gets attractive, the best hospitality in the showroom as well at the service center, that’s most important that when you go to the service center and you get the best service quality the staff are very polite and they will suggest you and even they will guide you what needs to be done.

I bought Ather around 6 months ago, and still, it shows complaints on the screen. There are some cross lines in the display, and I have raised the same complaint several times. As per the technical team, it's happened because of the ongoing update, and I doubt that still 6 months every day this update is going on. The last time I visited the Aluva service centre, as per the technician, my scooter display screen was a complaint, they booked the new screen, and they informed me when the new parts arrived, I also got a call from the service centre, and I went there and gave my scooter for changing the display. After 3 hours, the technician came and informed me your scooter display has no issues and no need to change the display, as per our communication, the manager told me this is only a service centre, and they treated me very badly. Nowadays I even have the same complaint and try to book a service; they don't have any slots available for the next 30 days, and we cannot book a service after 30 days.

Very bad service support. From the start, we had a lot of issues with the vehicle. For example, Ather has good data maintenance, so they can check vehicle no. The first vehicle had a breakdown though the vehicle was off manually, the vehicle was not getting off, but they had some major parts, for some time everything was ok, but after some days, suddenly vehicle got slow while running, where we used to put vehicle side, again off it & again start, so 2-3 km vehicle is to run, again it used consistently have same problem, after complaint, they used say it is resolved, but after some days I.e. 15-30 days, same problem is to repeat, like that almost around 5-6 times vehicle is left for same problem, well now we expect the vehicle to be replaced.

Not worth it, I bought another at Round 1.5k, Another ride is good, but you need to charge is a big headache, after exactly 3 years of warranty is over, another battery started to drain, it goes from a 68 km range to 28 km just after 3 km ride, just after 3 years battery problem started not even lasted for next 15 days that cheat ather. The new Battery cost is around 50k and comes with only 1-year warranty, Just go for petrolIt saves more than this and has no problem with charging.

I purchased Ather 450X by Premsons Ather and they promised to provide home service but they cheated me and now demanding a per km home visit service charge. they cheated me.I am very much upset 😔 by his pathetic service. my ather experience is very bad and i suggest never buying Ather Electric.

Not worth to buy ather

Stop using 3rd grade material and selling your vehicle at a premium cost. Your brake pad and belt broke in 4000 km. And your service doesn't have any timeline to fix the issue. To change the belt they need 20 days. this is frustrating. I regret that I chose another. Their service is worse and worse.
