Range & Charging:
If there’s one area that needs improvement, it’s the range. I usually get around 100 km on a full charge, which works for most users, but for me, it falls a bit short. My daily commute is about 80 km, which means I need to charge it every single day. For a city like Delhi-NCR, where distances are long, I feel the range should ideally be around 160–180 km on a single charge to truly eliminate range anxiety.

I have purchased Ather vehicle in August 25. I am not at all satisfied with your services. Though there was a minor damage to my vehicle, it took almost one month to get new parts. Even if a survey was conducted on 01.10.2025, is it required to spend two days time to repair minor damages. I do not understand why my vehicle is to be repaired on the same day. Almost one month completed for small repairs.
If there is major damage to vehicle, whether I have to wait for one year?

From day one have been hearing weird sounds from the back wheel, which was never rectified to date. After-sales service is pathetic; they don't have enough service centres in Bangalore. Their customer care service is the worst; I don't know how to resolve issues.

I had purchased the Ather450X. Let me share the candid review. I am completely upset with the vehicle, performance and service issues. The company genuinely just want to sell the vehicle, but there is no good service after the vehicle is sold. I am from Pune and there is hardly any good support available for vehicles. There are multiple issues, such as handling issues, Horn issues, display going blank etc but service centres, specifically B U Bhandari service centre is just busy in extorting money from you. It is always overloaded with vehicles, crammed in a very small area and with less manpower. It's really a pathetic experience..I would strongly suggest not to buy Ather vehicle at all. The company seems to be NOT INTERESTED in serving you after sales.
