I purchased this scooter in Nov2023 from Ambala City, Buying Experience was good they showed hospitality and refreshment, now about the bike, first of all its look is not good at all , in fact, it looks like a battery toy and a lot of problems like software lag, battery drain issue, i am fed up with it, and I don't want say anything about the service centre.

Been using the top model Ola s1 pro 2nd gen for 8 months it doesn’t start helpline number doesn’t work. I called where I purchased the bike and they told me to drop the bike.
You fool it won’t start how would I drop it, The warranty is there.

I used this for daily commute daily office use and I love this in daily ride. I suggest all switch on Ola S1 Pro to save your money my office is more than 50 km distance from my home. Before this I used the train for traveling after purchasing Ola I have never used a train or any other transport also it saves my time and money

the speaker should be more powerful and need front leg rest like a bike,
S1 pro needs orange and red colours
to customise things and they should remove handling charges and free helmet should give.
