Service and maintenance were very poor battery and hero were poor bike was manufactured with problems created like a battery Start display not working. one month showroom did not care about that kind of problem and didn’t respond to any advisers. plz don’t purchase Vida be careful to try Ola or I qube.

Riding experienceI have driven more than 700 Km in the last 20 days. To date no abnormality seen. Cruise control is the best part, I have experienced.3. Details about looks, performance etc.The look is very modern and suitable for Boys and Girls. It is available in 5 different colors.Performance :I got a mileage of more than 108 Km in single charging and the battery was showing 10 percent remaining with Smooth Drive and I kept speed 30 to 45 kmph.Rough driving - In sport mode, I have run this scooter at 78 Km/h with 2 persons.4. Servicing and maintenance-Very little maintenance cost, only once a year.

Problems:1. It takes a long time to fully charge.2. Sometimes My Vida app does not work properly.3. Navigation is not like Ather.4. Front Storage is not available.5. Plastic/Fibre body.6. Huge gap behind the front suspension.7. Fast charging facility not available at all places.8. Three days late delivery from the promised date.9. The guard is not available at the showroom.Benefits:1. Removable Batteries.2. It has two batteries.3. You can ride by a single battery.4. Range is 95-100 kms (eco mode)5. Got Rs. 31000.00 discount and Rs. 5745.00 Cashback (ordered through Flipkart and paid through Flipkart Axis Bank Credit Card)6. You can change mode while riding.7. USB charging port.8. Helmet (Free) quality is also very good.9. Cruise control, Reverse mode, SOS etc. are very good.10. You can purchase a Seat cover and ladies ' rest from the showroom.

using Vida V1pro for the past 2 months. Awesome performance. No complaints or Issues. Only the App working has to be improved a bit. overall an excellent vehicle.Features like hill hold could be added. Also rear disc would be a good addition.Usp is Removable batteries, double batteries, cruse control, and fast charging option.

It's Hero brand it's enough to say your buying experience is going to be very convenient for you, Hero is an old brand in India and a very reputed brand the showroom and service centre of Hero are all over India because the scooter hassle-free service experience and pros of this scooter are Hero is typed with ather electric for their charging network and hero also have their charging network because of that your hero vida strong charging network comparatively other electric scooter brands, I think hero vida has a good option for you for more reliability than other electric scooters, my suggestion is to go for it it's never disappointing you.

I Got This Bike At Amzone Great Indian Festival With A Huge Discount Of Rs 33500/- Via Icici Credit Card. The Very Best Option In This Bike Is a Removable Battery. So that we Can Easily Charge The Same Anywhere. Around 80 Km / Day Is My Travelling. I Can Surely Save Around 3000-3500 Per Month Via Vida... It Looks Good, Touch Screen, Key Less Driving, Dividing Seat, Boot Space, Power, and Decent Milage Are Plus Factors. Around 8 Hours Charging Time Is A Concern. After All it was a Very Good Selection When We Chose the Vida V1 Pro
