Recommendation for purchase of this scooter as it is very stylish easy to maintain and the best part is it today's generation ev with all features loaded. Listening to music, maps and all is helpful for a smoother ride.

Stopped working on the next day, middle of the road. Shamelessly asked for road service charges.
Steering and seat sensors broke within two months. To get it fixed was painful as I had to take it to main service center15km away.
The battery started acting up within 9000km.
Seat lock broke easily with the slightest pressure.

The kilometres that the company says are not covered. If a particular charge is very low then the company should first remove the claim and improve it a bit.
Their customer support is very useless. Their customer service is very poor. No one answers any call in any way nor is their physical service good.
They have made all their functions online. Taking the registration number, if it makes everything a little physical and offline, then it will be good for them because we face a lot of problems with these things.
