I have purchased a Bounce Infinity 3.5 years ago. The scooter gives very low range of 52 55 km per charge. The service station is not available even at second capital city of Karnataka, Belagavi. Frequent charging of the battery is required. The overall price is very high. Battery exchange ki option is not available

They are in worst and not in good satisfied for customers, till they are not saying that 50000 down payment received details for customer, last i have purchased on June 2024.Still they are not ready to describe the details.They are not treating the customers with an obedient manner. The dealer is not available to clarify the issue with customers.

People use the scooters for 15-20 yearsI bet this will not last for more than 3-4 years.Buy ather or iqube and live peacefully This will make you cry in an year. Battery of the scooter is dead in warranty period and the company clearly rejected replacement....Within 6 months I changed the throttle 2 timesThen the handle of the battery got broken Headlights are so dull that you don't see the road clearly.In one year hinges of seat is broken.Then just by not using the scooter BATTERY GOT DISCHARGED COMPLETELEY AND Company doesn't give a replacement even if it's under warranty.

It's been two years I bought this vehicle. I'm from Coimbatore. Within the purchase of 6 months the showroom was closed and there is no any service center for this vehicle here. And the body quality is very worst within three months the whole seat storage nuts broke and the battery charging indication is not showing. And the vehicle stops often in btw while moving and stops in the middle of the road. Such a bad vehicle. Please don't buy this and people don't get cheated by these cheaters with their honey coated words while purchasing. Till now I am reaching for service but I haven't done even one service for my vehicle from the purchase. Thank you think once or twice before getting this dabba vehicle.

I am a small businessman delivering food products to customers and shopkeepers. Therefore, my priority was to have more leg space to accommodate more luggage. I visited all dealers in Karad City and Bounce Infinity was the only scooter on my wish list. I bought it in April 2024 and uptil have driven more than 11000 km. Riding experience is very good and suspensions are also good. Dicky has enough space. The battery never heats up after riding 90 km continuously. 80 % Battery charging in 50 minutes and 100 % charging in 90-100 minutes. The battery is removable and can be charged at any point. It gives me an impressive range of 100-110 km for a single person with luggage of at least 15 kg and 95-100 km for two riders. The break pad was changed without any cost, My dealer Micromix in Karad is very good and cooperative. My scooter is giving a range of 100 km for a battery of 2.5 kW and other competitor's scooters are giving the same 100 km or less range for a battery of 3 kW or higher. I am totally happy with Bounce infinity.

Hassle free EV Scooter by Bounce

The first thing I liked about this scooter was the portable battery. I did not have to get the charging connection done in the parking where I lived on rent. It was hassle-free. The battery is also not heavy, even my wife could carry it. Talk about driving, it gets the job done. We used the bike only for commuting within 5kms. It has helped us very much and with no hassle.

Battery should neither get discharged to 0% or full charge, too often. Best to charge when the remaining battery is about 10% and charge till 90-95%. This is just to keep the battery healthy and long-lasting.

Family-friendly scooter with fewer service charges. Hyderabad, Chintal dealer response is good. I bought it 2 months ago & serves my purpose. I stay in an apartment & Bounce scooter battery is portable, Hence it's good to carry anywhere even if you run out of juice. Just plug & Play. I chose this EV as it's budget-friendly too.

Great job on handling that customer's issue quickly and professionally. The team's positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for customers is appreciated. This is a value-for-money product and the overall maintenance cost is very low (just Rs.400 for every 6 months) which is affordable.

Service support is tremendous and I have recharged the portable battery easily at any place. I am very much satisfied with the vehicle and also getting the range of 75 km with a single charge. DO NOT BUY THIS SCOOTER, OR REGRET IT FOR A LIFETIME (pathetic after-sales service)I am the owner of this scooter from Mumbai, you will going to cry if you decide to own this scooter. their service centers sucks, they are not receiving replenishment or spare parts even after 4 weeks. Imagine, your scooter is grounded for want of simple parts for 4 weeks, service centers pass the buck to Bangalore, customer care is as good as dead, no complaint ref number. they don't even acknowledge that you have called several times; they just don't care.moral: do not go for the Bounce scooter. The way they are behaving, I'm sure this company is going to shut its shutter very soon.
