Scooter bought only six months ago had serious problems for more than a month, which the service station could not fix and despite complaints/information on many emails and toll-free numbers, the company did not show any seriousness and was bought for convenience.

Sometimes the sensors are working sometimes not. Lights also not working. Parts are very poor in build quality. The battery socked also not working.

I had purchased from bhagabat motors, bhubaneswar on nov 2018 the lead acid model. 1) the show room puts mixing with two different brand batteries. 2) after 1 year it runs only 12000kms and battery gone. Lead acid battery cost 36000/- without warranty, but not available. 3) when you fully open the seat, it touches the horn switch and it sounds. Speedometer and odometer both are fake, showing higher value. 4) my back disk break, the rotor rubbing with break pads, which is a manufacturing defect, but the show room engineer ignore the issue. 5) it is so heavier that, unable to put with the double stand. Finally i can say you may go with electric vehicles but not from okinawa.

The bike was good at starting and after even 6 months the battery failed to reach even 30 kms. Whenever we plan for long trip for 40kms range we really worried and thinking about if it stops in the middle of road what to do.
No such good response from company and its more than 1 year since we raise a complaint to replace the battery. Chinese vehicles are really worst at service and I am advising everyone not to go for it.

speed meter not actual show kmph.
very very heavy weight.

I purchased the electric scooter from the distributor in whitefiled bangalore on july 2021.
It's almost one year and rode around 9500km. They have committed a mileage of 110km on a full charge.
But even before completing one year, the mileage has come down to 70 km. Currently, the vehicle has been given to the service center and there is no update even after multiple follow up. I really don't suggest going with this brand.

Okinawa prise pro bike is a waste and the showroom experience is the worst. They don't even talk normally and the owner is the worst fellow ever seen. The bike is not that good to drive and the quality is very bad. Overall build quality is bad and the mileage is also just below average. Do not buy it and the battery is also having some concerns. Overall service is very bad and they treat very badly.
