After riding the Joy E-Bike Wolf for 1050 km, my experience has been a mix of good and disappointing points. The design of the Wolf is definitely attractive — it looks sharp, sporty, and modern, which is one of its strongest features. It is also lightweight, making it easy to handle in traffic.
However, when it comes to performance, the scooter falls short in several areas. The real-world range is only around 55 km, much lower than what is promised. For daily use, this limited range becomes inconvenient, especially if you have longer commutes.
The LED headlamp quality is not good — the brightness is weak, and visibility at night is quite poor. This is a big drawback for safety and comfortable night riding.
The biggest issue is the service quality. The service experience has been very disappointing, and almost every part is overpriced at the showroom. Even minor repairs or basic maintenance cost much more than expected, which increases the overall running cost of the EV.
Overall, the Joy E-Bike Wolf looks good and is easy to ride, but the poor range, weak lights, and unsatisfactory service make it hard to recommend for long-term or daily dependable use.

I don't think I can write up to 300 characters, but I can just express myself in a few sentences. Firstly, the bike is awesome when riding; you feel in a whole new world, free, fast, fun, and alive. You can feel the wind blow, and your heart beats racing fast as you speedily race. It is just a great and awesome bike. I wonder how someone could come up with such great ideas, putting all together to create an amazing bike. I give full acknowledgement to the maker; it's lovely.

My buying experience was smooth as the customer support team was constantly in touch with us.
I had taken test ride of lot of electric bikes. Such as OLA, Ather, Joy ebike and all. After that I bought joy e bike wolf. WOLF is perfect for me as it meets all my requirements.
Service-wise and maintenance wise I haven't faced any problems.

We are getting very poor service, it has been two and a half years and we still have not received the RC book. And during this period the battery has failed twice. Also, it has been 2 months since the battery replacement and we have not received it yet. And the bike has a lot of maintenance. Similarly, the service is even worse than that, so don't waste your money on this bike. The service is very, very bad, you don't buying it.

I am getting very bad service. The car battery gets damaged immediately. I have replaced the battery 2 times and the same problem is happening. There is no response from the company and the service center is not responding. We are fed up with this vehicle. Please, no one should buy this vehicle. West of money after buying this bike.

I purchased joy wolf in 2022 jan, and one battery was replaced after one year,2nd battery deposited at service centre before expiry of three years warranty, it was replaced with an old repaired battery after 04 months of deposit and the 3rd battery also stopped working within three months, The output of battery was never more then 25 kilometer per charge, now it switchs off after only 1.5 kilometer. Now the company rejects my complaint, saying the warranty has expired. Joy e-bike customer care service is also the worst, as they never pick up the call, and if they do, they never provide satisfactory information..So, anyone planning to purchase a Joy e-bike, please don't repeat the blunder I have made.
