My Hop leo scooter extended model runs smoothly. But the dealer provides low-quality services. Very disappointed. Scooty's age is almost 30months. Battery replacement takes almost 60 days when the scooter's age is 20 months. As per the features, the price is very high. I recommend purchasing another model or company..

Dear Customers, That bike is running very smoothly with the 3 people. We observed that its performance is looking very fine compared to others. Family's is using it and giving a review as well. Its performance is very good. I want to purchase a new Scotty as soon as possible. Also, dealer Sri Balaji e Autotech / Hop Ev maintenance services are very well. its a very old showroom. They always completed our commitment on time. I request all customers to visit once before taking any EV at Kanpur.

Battery gets problem many time and very poor service for repaire

Don't even think of buying a HOP electric scooter. Battery gets damaged in 2-3 months even after repaired from Company. My battery has been sent for repair now it's almost 4 months but I haven't gotten the repaired battery as of date.Customer service has no liability even no automated call facility. Every time manually some lady will pick up and whatever she feels she will answer.

From first month of purchase, iam facing problem. Indicator, horn, accelerator, charger, stand and eventually lithium (3years guarantee)battery has been changed.. They have taken more than 45 days to change battery in guarantee....... Hope leo is DUPLICATE of Okinawa.. Go with original. Service is also very poor. Every 2000 km you have to send for service and pay 400 rs otherwise no guarantee of battery
