The worst & hopeless bike every 30 to 40 km. The battery starts draining very fast. Nowhere any service stations in Goa. No one mechanic is ready to touch the vehicle. Headlight & side lights have not been working for 2 months. Bike running range is only 60. Per km. Very, very hopeless bike and purchasing a bike is waste of money & time.

This bike is very spacious and comfortable for riding. It gives us instant pickup. The break system is awesome, Battery life is too good, and the 10-amp charger gives us a fast charging experience. Likewise, Other charging vehicles in Okinawa give you better service. The company gives a 16-inch tire, which is experienced for the bike. So I desperately suggest that you try Okinawa scooters.

The dealer has given a 30000 km warranty for the battery, unfortunately, this battery has been giving 40-50km range only after using 14000km.It is bearing only one person, when the second person sits on the seat it is not moving.At 6000km its main headlight became useless which cost around 10000.There is no resale for electric

Okinawa's worst service center, too much costly with no solution. after many days, they will tell you to take your vehicle return if you have urgency without any work. In short, Okinawa doesn't have its own site and customer care number, just try to contact it before buying.

Don't buy this bike service is bad, no reports or available.The service guy' said Copmeny is closed we don't have anything, key lock is also not available.My bike battery is gone the saying 70k. ..... That's also outside need buy, experience is very bad Dual 100 has good pickup but no service before buying please check the service and buy.

1. Brought 6 months back..manager is very good.. 2. Smooth riding if you are riding under 50kmh...3. Love the look..cant distinguish the scooty and this one unless we saw number plate. Performance is ok ok ..not so good... because motor power is less.4. Service is good in Bhubaneswar.5. Power should be more.Thank you

I purchased this bike 6 months before still now no issues with it. Excellent build quality.100 km plus in eco mode. I have completed 6000 km and do not even need to fill the air in a tube-less tyre. No oil change.10 rs 100 km in eco mode. Also, have free service. Good and reliable product. I would suggest a price range near 1 lakh to 90 thousand. Also charging time is less important in regular use... Thanks.

I bought an Okinawa scooter from Excite Motors Vasai East one year ago, purchasing was very easy but after that everything was too drastic. This scooter is not all good for long driving, and if you have any maintenance then it's not in your hands to get the scooter back. its company service is not good at all n also it's servicing for any small thing is can't be done by any other mechanic not even if you want to repair it's break part.For me, my all money is wasted on this bike and now also the bike has not been with me for two months the company service person is not giving my scooter back as I gave it for service and he is continuously saying the parts are not available and continuously giving excuses even by the company also. Need help regarding this.
