Worth every money you spend ... I am a grocery shopkeeper and for my everyday delivery needs, I use this vehicle just by charging it for 3hrs in the morning. It saves me a lot of money and just takes 10rs per day max. I can refresh my vehicle every 3 years from now just with the money I saved with petrol expenses.

Mileage= 1/speed
If you need higher mileage then you have to drive at lower speed . If the speed is high it will run only 70 km/charge. Brakes are good. Drive feel is very good. Service center in every pin charging easy.

Purchased this EV for our field installation team(about 100km daily) from R.S Sales - NIT Faridabad
We spend almost a lakh on this EV.
The product itself, the company's service, battery quality everything has been really BAD and it has been a really bad experience.
Every 3rd day the EV stops in between and we have to get it pulled or lifted.
1. Dashboard: It will never tell the correct battery status. (from 100 it goes down to extremely low - all of a sudden).
2. The connectors in the EV and chargers have been changed thrice in the last 10 months. (As an electronic Engg. I can tell they are not made to carry high current)
3. They took 3 months to replace One Charger under warranty
4. Within 8 months: Our battery has gone for replacement it has been 2 months and still counting - we have not received our battery and worst there is no update from the company or service station about the status of replacement.
5. Our second battery (within 10 months): range has gone drastically low. (about 30km)
Now, we are stuck in a situation where we can not use the EV.
6. Plastics are of poor quality
7. Aftersale's service has been extremely bad - they are rude and don't know what they are doing, won't respond to any queries.
8. Break pads: we have changed our break pads at least 4 times each (front and back).
It has been a bad decision.

Worst bike ever. Both the batteries got drained in less than 8 months. Plus servicing I must tell you pls pls don't go by the name Hero as their service centers for electric ones don't have any setup. They keep bikes for 10 -15 days and don't provide any support. I myself suffered from this 3 times. They don't have any spares available and on top of it, they don't respond also. Worst service centers of the hero so pls don't get attracted by the name as they have just one name left. Hero is a big loser in the electric bike field.

I bought 2 nos nyx hx @ 98000 each from kakurgachi.
* that showroom charged me 98000 for nys hx where I got quotation approx 80000 only from online hero site.
* both bikes have 2 batteries and both bikes now running with a single battery as 1 battery stopped working within 1 month of purchase, horn switch not working. ( according to the service center these whole lots have some problem with the battery )
* battery percentage shown at the speedometer will give u any information it will drop from 100 to 0% all of the sudden, and they don't have proper % calculation.
Many times we are stuck in the middle. Of the rod and even no battery swipe facility there at nyx hx.
* Company is giving a tag that nyx hs is a cargo bike but actually it is very low in quality. The whole body is made of very light plastic and very poor quality of switch, lock, bodyguard everything is very poor.
* now if you go for service they don't wash your vehicle as they said hero company won't allow them to wash and at 3rd service which is paid one there, you will get the washing done as you are paying for service.
