The buying experience was good in 2022 with nearly 1 month of waiting time. After a few months, the handle issue came up, it was wobbling up and down and nearly every 3 days, I had to visit the service center for it. Then chassis broke out of nowhere and had to get it changed. Very little power for the headlamp. Now body parts getting changed and making a weird sound like something's broken in it. I am visiting the service center every week more or less. Sometimes battery gets stopped and acceleration does not take place. Body build quality is extremely bad. Plz don't buy it

I bought the scooter April'23 and ride near about 50kms daily. The performance is satisfying to me. The suspension quality is poor. I got a mileage of around 70Km in sports mode. The speed 55km/h can touch with a full charge, the average speed is 50km to 52km/h. The servicing and maintenance cost is very low no major issue has occurred with me till date.

Buying Experience:I had an exceptional buying experience with Ampere Magnus. The process was smooth and hassle-free. The dealership staff were knowledgeable and guided me through the various models available, helping me choose the one that suited my needs best. The paperwork was handled efficiently, and I felt confident in my purchase decision.Riding Experience:The riding experience on the Ampere Magnus was truly remarkable. The electric scooter provided a silent and smooth ride, making it perfect for both city commutes and leisure rides. The acceleration was impressive, and I found the handling to be very responsive, making manoeuvring through traffic a breeze. The comfortable seating position added to the overall enjoyment of the ride.Details about Looks, Performance, etc.:The Ampere Magnus boasts a sleek and modern design that caught my eye from the moment I saw it. The build quality is top-notch, with attention to detail evident in every aspect of the scooter. In terms of performance, the Magnus exceeded my expectations. It had ample power for city riding, and the range per charge was more than sufficient for my daily commute. The digital display provided all the necessary information at a glance, enhancing the overall user experience.Servicing and Maintenance:When it comes to servicing and maintenance, I found Ampere’s support to be excellent. Scheduled maintenance was easy to book, and the service centre staff were professional and efficient. Any issues or concerns I had were addressed promptly, ensuring that my scooter remained in top condition at all times. The overall cost of ownership was reasonable, with minimal maintenance requirements thanks to the electric drivetrain.Pros:Silent and smooth rideImpressive accelerationModern designResponsive handlingLow maintenance costsCons:Limited range compared to some other electric scootersCharging infrastructure may be limited in certain areas

Bought this scooter in October 2022 and is still running well without any major problems. The seat is a bit uncomfortable and I do not recommend it for longer rides. The real-world range is around 90 km in eco mode and 70 km in sports mode. Takes around 7-8 hours to get fully charged. The body is quite strong and is reliable. It had a few small accidents but nothing major happened. Braking is good. The service experience was great. The staff was helpful and the three services which I had were all free of cost. In a nutshell, this would be a good choice for those who want a scooter that is reliable and strong and has to commute daily for smaller distances.

1. The buying experience was good. I preferred this bike over Hero Electric in this range. That was my big mistake. 2. Riding experience was good for up to 7- 8 months. But after that it starts doing a very good job for example it will stop suddenly when you need more speed to cross the road. And this quality of very good when you are stuck in heavy traffic. Sometimes it will stop at those points where you may have more chances of getting into an accident. 3. Looks are average please don't compare it with Activa. Because they can not compete with ampere because of its poor quality. Ola has a speaker in their scooters but it has " Kahdbad" Sound every time. 4. Servicing this is my favorite. Because only a few cities have it's showroom cum service center. I don't know what they do in servicing. It's a greater quality of service person that you will not feel any difference between before service and after service. A service person may ask you for tips for doing nothing just cleaning your bike. If you tell them about any issue they will ignore you by making some nonsense arguments.

At the time of purchase, tall claims were made. No after-sales service. Rude behaviour by customer care and centre. I can't rely on this scooter. It stops anywhere. The battery is horrible. In short, nothing is good. Don't buy it. Everything is chargeable. Charging 2000 for towing as road side maintenance.

The Ampere Magnus electric scooter has been nothing but a headache from the moment I purchased it. First off, let's talk about the charger. Yes, it comes with a supposed 5-year warranty, but guess what? Mine decided to kick the bucket after just 2 years of use. No big deal, right? Wrong. When I tried to claim my warranty for the charger, the company had the audacity to blame it on water damage! Now, here's the kicker - there was absolutely no water damage to be found by the dealer where I submitted my charger for a warranty claim. But oh no, Ampere wants to play the blame game and avoid their responsibilities. It's been over a month now since I submitted my charger, and what do I have to show for it? Nothing. Not only have I not received a backup charger during this time, but the supposed "repaired" charger they sent back was also conveniently labeled as water-damaged. What a load of rubbish! It's clear that Ampere doesn't stand by its warranty claims and would rather fabricate excuses than provide decent customer service.Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of the Ampere Magnus electric scooter. It's not worth the headache, frustration, and false promises.

Worst e scooter

A good budgeted scooter in this segment

Samar Sadhukhan

Reliable and strong vehicle with good visual appeal

Do not charge with power sources which have fluctuating output. The charger might get damaged. The brakes needs to be tightened after every few months. Other than this no major maintenance required.

Initially 55 km in full charge. Later reduced drastically.Dealer select not good. Ask for extra money and not customer-friendly behavior and support. The mechanic is not good at a service center. 1 problem gives different reasons for the same issue.Dc2dc converter not working checked and said the wiring needs to change.Visited another dealer for the same problem asked me to replace the dc2dc converter which cost approx 2k.This part is online and available for between Rs 200 to 500
