The buying experience was good. Riding experience is also good and comfortable. Performance can be better, looks are like normal scooters i.e. like Activa. Servicing and maintenance are low and cheap.
pros - good scooter and good km range.
cons - both tyres are too small and thin and power could be increased.

Based on experience, it seems that a particular bike is experiencing frequent battery failures and charging adapter issues. It is worrying to hear that you have not received adequate support from the manufacturer or seller. Don't buy this bike. 3 times battery dead issue and 5 times charging adapter issue in a year. and no good support.

I have purchased a magnus ex bike from surat and after using it I have some feedback for this bike,
2. Seat is not fitted correctly on the boot space, have checked many bikes at the dealer showroom, looks like the seat lock will be damaged after using the bike for one or two months. Feels like a very low-quality part of the entire bike, even though sometimes the boot space light keeps on after closing the boot space because the seat is not fitted properly.
3. When we apply a break on the speed breaker, the bike suddenly stops and then has to again push the accelerator and the bike moves ahead with a jerk.
4. Charger pin which we insert into the battery can be better if someone does not point the pin correctly and try to push in the battery in that case charger pin can be damaged.
the bike is very poor no buying this bike.
