If you live in the city or anywhere where the roads are paved, you can easily drive it there and take advantage of it and you can save thousands of rupees worth of petrol, but due to its being a smaller brother, it is not suitable for unpaved roads and where the streets are narrow and up and down. I have also just heard that Hero has scanned its subsidy with the government due to which it is not giving a warranty to anyone, due to which consumers and customers are suffering a lot and they are not able to get the warranty, so think well before buying a new Hero electric scooter.

Purchasing Hero Optima CX scooty was an awesome experience. Starting at the point I entered into the dealer’s shop, it was all smiles and a lot of professionalism that set the mood for everything.
One thing that impressed me about the salesperson was how well-versed they were in all aspects of Optima CX including its benefits. In doing so they took time to learn my needs and preferences. They were patient as they clarified everything for me and provided some insights on what would help me make a good choice.
Riding Optima CX during testing felt great because of its smooth-running engine and comfortable seat. The moment you press the accelerator, this bike gives you instant torque with ease owing to its electric motor while seating ergonomics take care of your sitting position. Riding it over uneven pavements convinces me even more about its sturdiness.
The salesman also helped me with different money transfer options so that my purchase could be easily without any difficulty. They told me about warranties and post-sales services, making sure that nothing was worrying me regarding the dependability of this investment.
In conclusion, riding out on my brand-new Hero Optima CX made me feel proud and excited beyond words.

Within two months of buying the Optima cx electric bike, the display went bad. Even after I informed the dealer, they could not provide any display for two years now. I still ride the bike without the display. Any accident may occur and all responsibility shall be taken by Hero Company. If necessary I will go to the consumer forum. Please see the picture of my bike without display.

All the parts of and body are very weak. mileage also not as described. The display, Meter, accelerator, Key Lock, Bulb, and many accessories got repaired/stopped working within 6 months to 1 year. battery life remained almost half within 1 year which comes with a 3-year warranty but no proper response was received from the showroom or service centre. overall waste of money.

I am totally disappointed with their after-sales service. I purchased a Hero Optima from Joy Motors (GUWAHATI) in 2022. I have since visited their workshop many times for regular servicing. Their service used to be good. But I am completely disappointed with the last two services. They don't use most of the spare parts really. They use cheap compatible products locally available in the market instead of genuine hero products and they charge two/three times higher rates for those duplicate products. Besides, most of the duplicate products are not permanent. The last two times I have replaced the headlights, but both times the headlights did not come on for a day. I condemn Joy Motors (GUWAHATI) for cheating people like this.
