Initially 55 km in full charge. Later reduced drastically.Dealer select not good. Ask for extra money and not customer-friendly behavior and support.The mechanic is not good at a service center. 1 problem gives different reasons for the same issue.Dc2dc converter not working checked and said the wiring needs to change.Visited another dealer for the same problem asked me to replace the dc2dc converter which cost approx 2k.This part is online and available for between Rs 200 to 500

Electric bike motors shouldn't produce heat more than is how to be manufactured, But in this, the Motor is very hot to touch when we use it for a 2-3 km ride. Because of that back tire gets damaged within 6 months, Now I changed the new tier, and also the (light)headlamp has not worked within 3 months that too changed new ..how many times have we are changing one by one then how will I recommend it to another person.

Bike is good but spare high amount

Servicing and maintenance every day. All spare high amount. I sent a tyre photo. I brought the bike 15 months ago 18000 km running, now the tyres was broken. Riding very good experience. The buying experience was very good dealer was not good. No, the spare was not brought outside.
