worst bike. My bike 7th-month mileage problem so service. The engineer told battery problem so I come 60 days after. My bike is more time running only service center only.No spare battery is available. The service engineer told me more about the bike battery problems so didn't give me a spare battery. Customer care only formalities only. Doesn't replies with a correct response.

Think before you invest.

I own okinawa praise pro. I purchased the vehicle in the month of July for rs. 1,04,517. In the span of just 4-month the vehicle has stopped working. The battery is being replaced. Because it is in the warranty period I may not be charged for the battery but, a replacement will take more than 20 days they are telling me. What if it happened after the warranty expired!. It could cost around 30 to 35k. If the average travel a day is 20 kilometers petrol will be needed for rs.1500/month. For 1 year it will be 18-20k including maintenance. Battery can't last more than 18 months or 2 years. For battery again we have to invest 30-35k and day-to-day charging consumption, and the range keeps on decreasing, and for emergencies, we can't change our vehicle anywhere just like refueling. Think again.

Worst Okinawa

The bike was good at starting and after even 6 months the battery failed to reach even 30 kms. Whenever we plan for long trip for 40kms range we really worried and thinking about if it stops in the middle of road what to do.No such good response from company and its more than 1 year since we raise a complaint to replace the battery. Chinese vehicles are really worst at service and I am advising everyone not to go for it.
