  • I should not have purchased a vehicle from gorox electric. I suffered. I regret !

I purchased an Okinawa dual ah 35 from gorox electrical on 7 Sept 2021. This was the only Okinawa dual scooter available in the showroom at that time and it was looking dirty. I was hesitant to buy it as it was looking dirty but the gorox manager assured me that the vehicle was in fresh condition and without any defects. I wanted to have a test drive but showroom people convinced me that the vehicle is in good condition and the test drive was not required. It was the corona period and I needed a vehicle urgently. Believing the words of the Manager. I purchased the vehicle but after that, my life became completely miserable.
After 10 days, the vehicle started to give problems. Here is the list of issues that I faced in the first 6 months.
1 - handle lock is not working
2 - mcb of the vehicle gets off automatically several times a day so i have to turn it on manually so that I can commute.
3 - light in the charger sometimes shows red then yellow and green in a short period of time
4 - the vehicle makes too much noise while driving.
    5- battery underperforming
I understood that either the vehicle was used by the showroom owner or it has manufacturing defects.
I contacted Gorox Electric and asked them to repair or replace the vehicle. To my surprise, they flatly refused to provide any after-sales service and directed me to the nearby dealer. Gorox Electric also threatened to take legal action if I insisted on replacing the vehicle.
Other dealers like sigma enterprises and mapl group refused to provide service as I had not purchased the vehicle from them.
I sent several emails to the Okinawa company explaining the situation, but they did not reply. Then I started to write on social media. After a few days of hard work, I got a call from Okinawa and my problem was sorted for the time being.
But after 2 months, I started facing problems again. Here is the list of issues that I faced after 6 months.
    1. Battery getting discharged anywhere anytime
    2 motors not functioning properly
I had to fight for 2 months with dealers and the company to get the battery replaced
I got the battery repaired 2 times in a year, but it is down again. Although the motor comes with a warranty for 3 years, the dealers and company are not ready to replace it. I am currently fighting to get the motor of my Okinawa dual ah 35 repaired/replaced.
In short, if you want to make your life miserable, if you have a lot of free time and money then you should buy an Okinawa vehicle.
I inquired from the dealer and he said that they are not preinstalled by the company and I have to add them myself.
It seems that the dealer has handed over a used bike to me. I have contacted the dealer regarding the issues I am facing, but he's not interested in providing after-sales service and he referred me to the other dealer for service.
The details of the vehicle are as follows
Dual with 48v 35ah battery sunshine yellow
    Hsn code - 87116090
    Motor number -bbc500379

Worst After Sales Service From The Service Centre , Parts were never available , it was buying a TOY with No guarantee.. we could hardly use it for couple of months and it became a trash. Looks wise it was ok because we had to only do delivery but milage was very poor , parts quality was very poor too , everything is bad about this scooty.
