As my charger was not working so i gave it to the dealer (Vigrous Motors Chittorgarh) for replace on 10th April 2023 its been a 1 and 1/2 month the dealer has not provided me the replaced charger, every time I call them they make excuses that our company is not placing our orders for parts and not picking up our calls so we don't know when we will be able to provide you the charger, I have buyed this vechile on a suggestion and faith that its a good company and it will help us in future if any problem arrise related to vechile but after 2 years of experience with the dealer I have decided that I will surely not suggest anyone to buy this okinawa brand vechile If the company can help me with the availability of providing the charger it will be good for me as a customer .

I bought this scooter 1.5 years ago, and today, my charger socket burnt out. I visited an authorized partner in Ahmedabad.They quoted me 550 INR + GST for a female socket and 1250 INR + GST for a 3-foot wire with a male socket. Additionally, they charged 550 INR + GST for service.They are charging a significant amount for maintenance. I checked on Flipkart, and other brands offer a wire with both male and female sockets for just 550 INR. Okinawa, on the other hand, is charging around 2500 INR.
