I own okinawa praise pro. I purchased the vehicle in the month of July for rs. 1,04,517. In the span of just 4-month the vehicle has stopped working. The battery is being replaced. Because it is in the warranty period I may not be charged for the battery but, a replacement will take more than 20 days they are telling me. What if it happened after the warranty expired!. It could cost around 30 to 35k. If the average travel a day is 20 kilometers petrol will be needed for rs.1500/month. For 1 year it will be 18-20k including maintenance. Battery can't last more than 18 months or 2 years. For battery again we have to invest 30-35k and day-to-day charging consumption, and the range keeps on decreasing, and for emergencies, we can't change our vehicle anywhere just like refueling. Think again.

1.Bought okinawa praise pro at 87k on full cash payment.2.Riding comfort is very low, need to keep your leg in height position. Not good suspension.3.Look and is very good, performance is medium. Maximum speed is 55 km/h only but it will show 70 in odometer.4.Not much services required, minimum level of maintenance cost if you use as a smooth riding. For rough riding (includes road condition) this ev is not recommended.5.Saving bit amount of fuel cost but need to plan your trips and battery charging time accordingly.If your road is not good then do not buy this hub motor type of ev bikes, motor will get damaged easily. There is no better solution in service center as well as company.

Very bad service. Within one week my battery is down. I was waiting for one week to get my warranty. My insurance is also pending for one month. Don't buy their product. It is from my own experience...Please don't buy it. It is my humble request. You will be trapped. It is from my own experience. Customer care not responding.
