The केटीएम rc is a brand of bikes made by केटीएम two wheeler manufacturer in India. There are 3 rc models on offer with price starting from Rs. 1,92,740 (avg. Ex-showroom). The cheapest model under the series is केटीएम RC 160 with 164.2cc engine generating 18.73 bhp of power. Whereas the most expensive model is केटीएम RC 390 with 373.27cc engine generating 42.9 bhp of power.

The KTM RC series is possibly the most famous fully-faired motorcycle in the country. The RC range is also quite popular among the youth of the country. In fact, it is widely used as a motorcycle to learn track racing. The KTM RC range is equipped with motors that have best in the class performance and features that make them quite premium. Currently, KTM sells three RC motorcycles in various segments –the RC 125, the RC 200 and the RC 390.

The RC 125 is the most affordable fully-faired KTM one can buy in India. The bike gets the same aggressive styling as the bigger RC models. It is equipped with LED DRLs, fully-digital instrument cluster and upside-down front forks. This motor is mated to a six-speed gearbox. The braking system are from Bybre and this system is assisted by single-channel ABS system.

The RC 200 is arguably one of the highest selling KTMs in India. Its power output, rich feature list and the affordable price point make it an enticing purchase. This motorcycle gets its power from a 200cc single-cylinder liquid cooled engine. This motor is mated to a six-speed gearbox. It rides on inverted forks up front and a monoshock at the rear. Meanwhile, the braking hardware consists of a 300mm disc up front and a 230mm disc at the rear along with dual-channel ABS as standard.

The RC 390 has been the perfect track tool for most of the racing enthusiasts in India. Its 43bhp motor, excellent feature list and great riding dynamics make for a good proposition in its segment. The RC 390 tips the scale at 167kgs, resulting in a good power-to-weight ratio. The RC 390 is equipped with a top-class braking system and also comes with dual-channel ABS as standard.

My rc 200 is 2 yr 8 months old, 38000 km done. The chain sprocket has been changed at 26000km, the front tyre has been changed at 30000km, and the rear tyre has been changed at 36000 km. Those who complain about 40 k kilometres and the engine will be gone, should know this, even though my bike clutch plates are still good, easily go 100km per hr within seconds.It's my first bike so I don't know about other service centres, but KTM service centres are not that good in my opinion. They will charge u labour fee even if u want to buy a simple air filter, which is available on Amazon for 300/-. They will charge u extra 599 for the fitting feel. So make sure to go for service centre with more than one issue. Or u can simply buy online. Pros— 1. Stunning look 2. durable as hell 3. speed hungry monster 4. well balanced, never gonna wobble, stable in high speed. Cons— 1. The tank cover is very bumpy, so your jewels will feel a bit of pressure on long rides and sudden brakes. 2. wrist and palm will be numb in long rides, u have to take short rest. 3. Sometimes shows abs failed, and it will be gone automatically. Verdict- better than any starting-level sports bike. And yes, obviously better than r15(Anowar 5)

It’s aggressive yet precise — like it knows what you want before you do. The TFT display, slipper clutch, and quickshifter add modern finesse to raw power. Sure, the seat’s a bit firm and the heat’s noticeable in traffic, but once the road opens up, you won’t care.
