I used this bike for two years. It's awesome. Not a problem. The ride was smooth. Rainy days are not a start problem. The price was affordable. So, support this bike because I have been using past year regularly. Again, I bought this bike, but money problem, so feature confirmed this bike (BGauss c12). Design, Wiring, motor systems, braking systems and riding comfort overall were super. So, I truly refer was this bike buying. Thank you, BGauss.

Best ebike full worth of money and easy to use and gives a good riding experience, which normally big brands will not give you against the price you pay, and the charging is also good, not only does it charge faster but it gives you a feel of a good quality bike. Right now, you see many big brands, but giving a commitment towards quality is few.

my experience with it has been very disappointing. I expected a smooth and reliable ride from an electric vehicle, but unfortunately the scooter has not met my expectations at all.
First of all, the service quality is very poor. Whenever there is a problem with the scooter and I try to contact the service center, the response is slow and not very helpful. The staff does not seem very interested in solving the issues properly. This makes the overall ownership experience very frustrating.
Secondly, the scooter has many small problems that keep coming up again and again. Sometimes there are issues with the performance, and sometimes with other parts of the scooter. Because of these repeated problems, it does not feel like a dependable vehicle for daily use.
Another major problem is the handling of the scooter. The handling is not smooth and it does not feel very stable while riding. This makes it uncomfortable, especially on uneven roads. The body quality of the scooter is also not good. The build feels weak and not very durable. For the price of the scooter, I expected a much stronger and better-designed body.
Overall, my experience with the BGauss electric scooter has been quite disappointing. The poor service, frequent problems, weak body quality, and uncomfortable handling make it difficult to recommend this scooter to others. I hope the company improves the quality of their vehicles and their service support in the future

The dealer's knowledge about the product was disappointing, with several inaccuracies in the information provided. For instance, the range per charge was stated to be 55-60km, but in reality, it only covers 40-45km. The charging time was also misrepresented - it was said to be 2 hours, but it takes a full 4 hours. Furthermore, the electricity consumption was not correctly communicated. We were told it would consume a maximum of 3 units of electricity, but the 2 KW charger consumes 8 KW if used for 4 hours. This discrepancy in electricity consumption information was misleading. The most significant issue, however, is the difficulty in removing and replacing the battery - a major design flaw in the bike. Having owned the bike for almost two months, I am considering selling it and purchasing a bike from a more reliable brand.
