I purchased the super splendor in 2014 and I have been using it to date as my constant companion. As an automobile engineer, I have been tuning it myself and getting a mileage of 60 km, continuously. Look & comfort are gorgeous. Last year in September. i covered "char dham" for 15 days through the ribs of the Himalayas, in rain and rubble, but never was I stuck up! I just wished, at times while climbing, that it was a 150cc, instead of a 125 cc. Hero corp. May install a 150cc engine in the same model and then nothing to match this magical angel.

Powering the 2018 Hero Super Splendor is a 125 cc single cylinder TOD (Torque On Demand) engine that also does duty in the new Glamour. The OHC mill produces 11.4 PS of power at 7,500 rpm and 11 Nm of torque at 6,000 rpm. The bike can reach a maximum speed of 94 kmph. The Hero Splendor Plus is a commuter motorcycle and the Splendor brand has been in the Indian market for a very long time. In its modern avatar, the Splendor Plus features a few modern touches such as new body graphics, alloy wheels, and a new paint scheme.
On the design front, the Splendor Plus looks simple yet stylish in its segment. Up front the motorcycle features a rectangular headlight with a cowl, the seat is spacious and offers a comfortable ride. The tail section is simple yet practical with the sturdy grabrail which doubles up as a luggage rack.
