I booked in December 2021. The vehicle is yet to come to Chennai. Every time I call them they say they will come to my city next week and the next week never comes. I asked them to refund the booking amount, but they never responded, cheaters, are totally in the name of electric vehicles. Never buy such unreliable brands.

I have recently bought bounce. It was one of the best two-wheeler buying decisions I took. After a lot of research and consideration of various ev two-wheelers, I decided to try bounce e1 infinity because of its really budget-friendly price point and lots of options ( with and without battery ) and they have one of the best charging and swapping networks in India. I was very skeptical, especially after a lot of mishaps and bad experiences with prominent players like ola s1 pro and likes such so I was very skeptical. I got a strong recommendation from a friend of mine who bought bounce and I decided to go ahead with it. So far I have not faced any problems. The ride is smooth and has lots of options. Good driving and charging experience. The range is around 80-85 kms which is pretty okay for city drives. The top speed is good enough for Chennai roads and traffic. The buying experience was smooth as well and the sales team was constantly in touch.
