I recently bought the Bajaj Chetak, and my overall experience has been very good. The scooter looks premium and stylish, especially with the metal body design. The buying experience at the showroom was easy and staff members were helpful. Maintenance cost is low compared to petrol scooters and charging at home is convenient. The digital display and smart features make the scooter modern and user-friendly.
Pros: Good mileage/range, premium design, low running cost, smooth riding experience.
Cons: Charging time could be slightly faster and storage space is average.

Service is not on time, part are not available, parts waiting time is 1 month, workers are not cooperative, don't have an abaility of servising. On 22 april i have been given a Chetak bike for servicing, but today is 15 may till noy my bike is not repaired. My bike charging problem was that they didnt find problem till 27 april after 27theygiven order of that part and then after till now the part is not available
