Riding experience of this bike is brilliant and with comfortable seat the riding posture remains stable and it not caused me any sort of back pain and the features as well are amazing highly recommended and must buy and my experience with this bike also states that this is the best cruiser bike in the whole segment and it gave mileage upto 40 which is considered good as per my point of view.

I've been riding my Bajaj Avenger for over a year now, and it's been a solid companion for daily commutes as well as occasional long rides. The buying experience itself was smooth — the dealership staff were helpful in explaining the variants and features, and the paperwork and delivery process didn't take too long. I'd recommend comparing on-road prices across a couple of dealerships before finalising, as there's often some room to negotiate on accessories or freebies.
On the road, the Avenger feels relaxed and comfortable, true to its cruiser character. The upright seating position and wide handlebars make it easy on the back even during longer rides, and the low seat height makes it manageable for riders of most heights. The ride quality on bumpy roads is impressively plush thanks to the suspension setup.
Looks-wise, the bike has a classic cruiser silhouette — chrome touches, the muscular tank, and the signature headlamp give it a premium feel without going overboard. Performance is adequate for city riding and highway cruising alike, though it's not built for aggressive acceleration. Mileage has been decent, averaging around 40-45 kmpl with mixed riding.
Servicing has been hassle-free so far. Bajaj's service network is widespread, so finding a service centre is rarely an issue, and routine maintenance costs are reasonable. I'd suggest sticking to the recommended service intervals and not skipping oil changes, since that keeps the engine running smoothly over the years.
Pros: comfortable riding posture, good looks, low maintenance cost, strong low-end torque.
Cons: ground clearance can be a concern on rough patches, and the pillion seat could be more cushioned for longer trips.
Maintenance tip for fellow riders: clean and lubricate the chain regularly, especially after rainy or dusty rides, and check tyre pressure every couple of weeks — it makes a noticeable difference in handling and fuel efficiency.

I am an Avenger 160 ABS owner, and overall, I am satisfied with the bike. However, I would like to share a few suggestions for improvement:
1. Rear suspension (shock absorbers) needs improvement. On rough roads and speed breakers, the ride feels slightly stiff, and comfort can be improved.

It's been 7 years I m using avenger 160. Every few months my bike gets off suddenly in between so every time I go to Authorize bajaj service centre but they have no answer for it . It again works for few months and it's still going on. Not a single service person is having knowledge to repair it once and for all. I have spent more money in service than buying it

My name is Joseph and few days back my Bike Avenger 160 starting problem happened.
I was already informed to my nearest service center but they have not send any person to checking the same because this bike is censor vehicle and not able to checking any other workshop persons
And Bajaj team asking to me for bring to vehicle to in their office(vehicle complaint is starting problem) and i was very disappointing bajaj servicing team and my life experience i am telling to all of them don't purchase bajaj vehicles especially Avenger because their service is very BAD Experience because i am already registered a complaint with bajaj customer care and still not they have take any action.

Worst experience with Bajaj!
I bought a brand-new Bajaj bike just a few days ago, and it broke down at midnight on a dark road with no help around. Even after calling the service centre for 3 days, I received zero support. Extremely disappointed with both the bike quality and Bajaj’s service. Would not recommend Bajaj to anyone.
