It was a good buying experience in ather showroom mangalore and had a wonderful staff taking care of all the work
The riding experience is very good as per my opinion it's very smooth and really good in handling good mileage and breaking power and has good initial pickup too
The looks are really wonderful of this car with sleek design and aerodynamic
The service is really fast and its really wonderful job by them and a very good service by them
There are no cons to this it's all pros which are really good in terms of the scooter at the end I love this vehicle very much

The worst company and service do not ever buy this trash, if you purchase this trash you will regret it later, worst customer support no ethics and professionalism. Service centres keep on changing, and will have to wait for parts for months and months. Customer support people will keep on fooling you regarding callbacks. etc . All the best if you have decided to purchase this trash.

It a smart scooter and smooth riding it’s has a look so beautiful it’s not at all maintenance tension and it has lovely modes to drive with modes. I love this thank you Ather it has the best reliability and good performance in the rain also very good performance it is a very good scooter in its segment thanks Ather.

Don't buy this scooter. After buying it every 20-30 days you have to adjust the drive belt and it's very costly at the service center. once I took my scooter to a service center for some noise and they marked a bill of 4500 and told me break pad belt pulley and some soccer problems there. so it's very costly for maintenance of the scooter

Super electric vehicle, no issues till now I completed 22000km in 1.3 years, no charging issues, no problems with service, they will take 4hrs only in Nagole hyd, I liked very much. for other EV vehicles, it will take 3 days or more to service a vehicle, in some EVs there are no front disk pads available.

This scooter is best because it is having the aluminium frame. Alongside, no other vehicles' build quality is better than Ather. The belt mechanism with the battery and motor protection with aluminum jacket works as the temperature jacket.
The service team never disappoint the customers when they faces difficulty with Ather journey. In simple words their service is appreciable.

And now it's been more than a month, but still, other issues have not been resolved, like wallet or factory mode messages on the screen. The salesperson is useless; they just tell you it's better you take bikes from other showrooms. Don't expect help from their customer care; they are more pathetic than this. 
Performance is also not up to the mark. The range is not more than 70-75 km for a double seat in eco mode.
Try to avoid it and go for Chetak or Ola.

I owned a Ather 450X gen3 and ridden it 16.5k kms, it is really good to the date. It saves a lot of money to be used in petrol and also features integrated into it everything works well. I would highly suggest this scooter to anyone who is looking for an Ev. The only cons I would say is service, I got disappointed by their service many times.
