I have been using this scooter for 2 years and now the mileage is about 20kmpl I asked the service centre guys they told that it's common to give such mileage for these scooters.

Amazing experience with the Vespa scooter looks great. Seat is very comfortable, foot space is huge, easy to control and good mileage, It is all nice and spencer. It is available in state showrooms. It is available at a good price. Servicing and maintenance of a Vespa scooter is a major cost.

Poor service, Poor mileage, Poor drive and a very bad scooter.
Parts are highly costly and not available many times in showroom. The mechanic is not understanding the problem with the scooter and also cheated me. The scooter sound is very bad. Always thorough in smoke in pollution.
The riding is very bad. Only looks good but the service is very bad. And the scooter is very poor. Rating a big zero.

Design is okay, riding is a pleasure. But the lock and under-seat space is a real hell. In my case, the lock was tampered with by a looter, even without a trace of damage, and my valuables were stolen. Escalated the issue to customer care, but the usual answer that this problem will be looked into only came.
Such a poor design of the seat and the material used. The material is so flexible, that the seat can be lifted with ease and the under-seat compartment can be accessed.

Cons:
Problem 1: ignition rotary switch was made in cheapest quality so that the vehicle stops during riding (completely off) in heavy traffic it's a nightmare.
Problem 2: the terrible sound making (murrrr.....) when overtaking a bump at slow speed.
Problem 3: very bad experience from dealers (after sales services).Not interested in giving me spare parts (like a grab rail from Trivandrum dealer always ready to quarrel) (cochin dealer was not interested in after sales dealing, sales representatives are customer haters).
Problem 4: cheap quality components particularly the plastic used inside and outside and switches really looks like it was made in a cottage industry.
Problem 5: rear view mirror height I am 6.2 feet i have to adjust the mirror height to its brim and still i have to lean down to see the rear view.
Problem 6: seats are not comfortable it's a vinyl wrapped plank after 30 km ride my back ache like hell not ideal for long rides with this seat ( i think i will change it with elegant seats or custom made seats ).
Pros:
Looks are great it gives a retro feel like you have reached in 60's 70 'power is so good and so agile to flick in traffic, cornering is good literally the vehicle will do it for you.

I owned Vespa SXL 150 Matte Black.
Pros : I liked the build quality and refinement of the 150cc engine.
Cons : low ground clearance and most importantly , it would be worth to buy this scooty for a digital odometer with special built-in features like GPS, connectivity with mobile at that price point.

Mind blowing driving experience. Never rode a vehicle with such a great pickup and good road grip. Feels like an abs mode in driving. Lighting was good. I had continuously rode for upto 175 km with nonstop, but I didn't feel tired. Thank you for presenting such a good vehicle. Thank you team vespa....Loved it 100%.
