I purchased this bike 3years ago. Very bad experience. Third service and its fraud company never trust on revolt. My battery have issue and now company is not ready to accept the battery. You should wait for 15 days. I call so many times but they are not solved my issue and also don't transfer my call to a senior in short and don't jump in well.

Revolt Motors and their dealers only seem interested in selling bikes and making money.Once the bike is sold, they don’t care about the customer at all.No spare parts available at service centres.Repairs take weeks or months just because parts are not in stock.The parts that are available are extremely costly.The promise of “money saving with EV” is completely misleading.In reality, it feels like the company is saving money, not the customer.Customers who trusted them are now suffering financially and mentally.Overall, people are feeling cheated and exploited.Conclusion:Revolt has turned into a business of selling bikes and then abandoning customers, instead of providing reliable service and support.

Using rv 400 for more than 3 years, the bike is actually good but the after sales service is very bad and don't have the support of customer care. I'm using this bike in high-range part of Kerala in Idukki district, which I get around 80-100km per charge. By comparing the price of petrol, it's actually good and an economic one too. The parts of the bike is not easily available in cases of needs, doesn't faced any battery-related issues till today and has 91% battery health now. The disadvantages of bike are slow charging, power regeneration and lack of information in digital speedometer.

This bike is lightweight, No protection of front bumper protection, no main stand, and servicing is very cheap and costly. No washing and cleaning in servicing. Parts are not available for servicing. Don't buy this bike. Faulty display. No resale value while selling. The battery is very costly. If you purchase this bike, you will always feel regret and lose your money.

Very uncomfortable for a long ride; even two people can't sit comfortably in the sports model. You get very tired after running for a long time. I've bought an RV400 from Patna with zero miles, and I feel all my money got wasted bike's body is not that strong. Please don't buy this bike. I've just shared my personal experience.

The charger is not working, and I gave it for replacement, but it's been 2 months, and still waiting for the charger to be replaced. Bikes running on 1 complete charge are also very poor, about 80 km per charge. After-sales service is very poor, and the dealer changes every 6 months. Fed up with the dealer, bike, and charger. Don't purchase this EV.

One of the best bikes for daily commutes as an alternative to a petrol bike. It costs less than 25 rupees for 100+ kilometres. The top speed is 85. Gets charged within 3hr. No major maintenance cost, costs less than 1k against 10k KM, that too if you visit the revolt service center; otherwise, it's just 700 rupees.

This bike has a great performance and gives a really good range at this price.140 kms in 1 charge, which is amazing. It has great torque and has 3 speed modes. It has a removable battery that you can take anywhere and charge up. Comfort is okay, but the riding experience is great so far. This is a must-buy bike.

Revolt after sales service is horrendous. I have had a bad experience, I need a battery replacement, and they have There's no clue as to how to go about it, so there’s no response when you email them either. Then there is a waiting period for about 2 months, which means you cannot use the bike for 2 months till they replace your battery. Pls think 10 times before purchasing this bike.

They'll charge you for labor and always say the parts aren't available, without providing a clear service timeline.Towing and Battery Issues:service center staff frequently provide vague explanations, fail to give a clear timeline for when the bike will be fixed, and sometimes return the bike with the same issue unresolved.
