ओला S1 [2021-2023] की क़ीमत दाहोद में

Do not buy Ola scooters. I bought Ola in mid-December 2023. It’s been only 6 months of purchase and it got sudden breakdown while driving twice in this period. after lodging complaints immediately. toeing person came after 3 to 4 hours. As it’s already 10 pm no service centers are open, so they drop the vehicle at my home. That’s it.
After this no update from them. Called customer care 10 to 15 times, but no one came to the home to toe the vehicle or no technicians visited to check the issue. Only getting this common answer “Our reprehensive will contact you ASAP for further assistance”. ASAP means within 48 hours as per one of the employee responses. (48 hours after passing 3 days of raising complaints)

I bought an OLA Scooter a week back. Turned out to be the biggest two-wheeler blunder purchase of my life. I am shocked that how can a company roll out such a piece of crap of a product in the market. Is this company not at all worried about its goodwill??
Before even riding it for less than 24 hrs and 10 kms.. Its headlight and display cover came off. The upper part that is supposed to be glued to a lower part came completely off. The accelerator stops working mid-traffic or on bends because it detects brakes even when not applied or applied a few seconds back because the brake lever does not go completely free on its own, the brakes remain applied very softly even when not touching it and thus the vehicle stops suddenly. And the biggest shock came while charging the vehicle, it was not working. The scooter just won't charge. And all this happened in the first 6 days.
I am appalled by this and nearly in tears thinking about my old Activa that I sold for the down payment.

Recently booked s1 pro midnight blue for daily commute of avg. 22 kms. Already had activa 2005 model - still rough n tough. Second one is activa 125 - super smooth ride. Awaiting for Chetak ev but till the date not available in gujarat. Looks wise still prefer Chetak for its old charm classy look. But now ola has change the entire game by future rich technology they provide with these two newer version of scooter. In metro city there might be a bit problem of charging because of high rise and flat system but hyper charge stations comes first to them only. S1 pro promises the riding range of about 180 km on paper. As average daily commute of 22 kms for full 7 days considering we may require only max once in a week or more charging. So no problem of inconvenience.
Battery life is definitely extended in above mentioned scenario. Company claims 6-7 years of battery life so no issues at all. Many features comes very first time in two wheeler segment which definitely appealing youth. Myself is convinced by the software part of the scooter. Let's hope the best about hardware part. Because the company itself has a prominent in software space not in hardware. Let's give atleast a try once.
