The same problem occurs again and again, I have repaired my scooter 3 times but still same problem is coming, this is not enough, the behaviour of the service centre staff is very rude, they are saying that this company is not supported if not then how can we help you guys if you take my opinion please don't buy any Okinawa company scooter because the scooter is wow and service centre sales agents attitude is also wow.

Yes I will recommend you this bike for only city ride just for office to home neither it can't go anywhere above 100km my first time experience in electric scooter I am also driven Ola s1 pro but comfortable is in only Okinawa bus Ola s1 has speed my recommend for you is if you want speed then you go for Ola s1 either Okinawa is best option in less amount so you can go for it( This is my 6 month experience )

The bike speed is practical level. Save more petrol .I am using this before 6 months .. Smooth riding on off roading. I use out the city . When i full charged the bike ride upto 65 km continuously. I am happy with this . Comfortable seats 2 people easily sit & travel upto 60km. If there is new i-praise series release, i will definitely buy one again.

Pros: style, mileage and performance is good.Cons: 1. Not the common nut bolts installed on tyres so as to open by any puncture maker and the company didn't provide any tool to open that. 2. Front disk is too large which is problematic for the ride in indian roads. Even a bit less air pressure in tyres allows the disc to touch ground.3. Battery is not properly secured in the housing even some slots are given to secure it. It does moves and make sound while on even small bumps.

First I was happy to get this after 2 days of analysis more thing I feel bad about waste of my money.1.No correct assembly2. So many time bike will suddenly off the road 3. Mileage it will show room person says 140 kl but my experience is eco mood 100kl sports mood 70kl after crossing 50kl it was sped down 4. Service does not support, customer care also does not support all negligence.5. This bike raid it will affect your back down the spiral bone issue.
