I waited for more than 8 months for this. I remember, it launched in Feb. 2020 and then due to pandemic it went in showrooms around july-aug and then shortage of supply. I literally sway by its design which is totally resemble from its prototype and way ahead than its competitors and its loaded with features.I went for test ride and for 5 minutes straight i was just overwhelmed by its designs. First thing, i noticed it low seat height which is cushy and feels like sitting on couch. Position is not committed though balance between sporty and commuter and you will not feel strained in elbow on long journey. Front transformer like led headlight and all led blinkers, hazard ,with smoked h insignia lamp is dope & cherry on the cake with negative Lcd meter with plenty of information with clock, accelerometer, 2 trip meter, service indicator, & side stand indicator. Handle bar is straight and comes with single switch to on/off which is nifty feature to have. Regarding switch quality, it can be better. Illumination switch would be great. The visibility in mirror could be better nevertheless acceptable. Taking about the paint and the level of detailing, here i am not that satisfied with hero. Quality of paint can be better on the mudguard, frame though happy with the selection of color scheme like grey metal on alloy wheels and exhaust. Tail section’s & pillion footrest matt finish.Enough of design language, lets talk about its heart which pump out 15.2 ps power at 7500 rpm & 14 nm of torque at 6500 rpm which is air cooled 2 valve head. You must be wondering in its segment mostly bike went for 4v and this still on 2 v. Well, i was also thinking the same why they opt for 2v instead of 4v and moreover, curious about the difference of performance in real time. But all my inferiority went off when i rode it. Believe me, don’t go by specs sheet it all boiled down to the connection and the compatibility when you ride it. I noticed, its engine is so refined that i just pulled throttle and its touched 80 kmph in no time. As it was my first ride, what i felt is clutch lever was outreach for me though i have long hand and foot position is slightly backward and break is short. I also hop on pillion sheet to experience comfort. Its better for youth i must say as its pillion seat is on higher side and would not be better for pillion for long ride moreover, pillion need to be get used to integrated grab rails. Breaking duty done by niffin 276 mm at front and 220 at rear. Its has adequate breaking power along with abs in front. Checked abs couple of time just to experience and worked flawlessly. Talking about its exhaust note, it has chunky underbelly cum side exhaust which sounds so refined on low and high rpm. That about my first ride experience. I was so excited that i forgot to test auto sail.Taking about my ownership experience, its been more than 1.5 yrs. now and i have clocked 5730 km and 5 services done. So far, no issues occur, had done quite frequent run 100100 km to agra or Gwalior. I had done solo as well as ride with pillion, for long ride. Engine pulls strongly to 80-90 then take sometime to achieve top speed, there i felt lack of 6 th gear and need of 4valve so that engine can breathe more freely. Nevertheless, it shows no sign of stress & vibration till 80 kmph around 4500 or 5000 rpm. Reviving more than that had business on foot pedal, tank and mirror. Instead of 100 section tyre in front and radial 130 section in rear, it maneuver like a charm. Definitely benefited by low curb weight, shorter wheelbase, light weight alloy wheels which makes it a lord of city . tackling cliché corner is no challenge as steering is light and predictable. Thanks to stiff chassis and showa front 37mm telescopic shocker and back with monoshock 7 way adjustable. Back to city ride, auto sail is boon in bumper to bumper traffic. I usually rode when returning to gym and work flawlessly. Basically what ecu does is, maintain the speed which is required to crawl in every gear so bike does not stall. Taking riding experience in night, it has led headlight and blinker and illumination is decent, wish it could be better. Thinks i wonder, it would have which makes it unbeatable in its segment.Though my first crush is tvs apache rtr 310, i wonder to get the same glossy- matt grey color scheme which is fulfilled by release of xtreme stealth edition.Gear positioning indicator which is now there is xtreme stealth edition.Lap timer just like apache. Limiter restricted to 9500 rpm which is 11000 rpm in apache, wish it could be higher for top speed.Bluetooth connectivity just like new fzWave key just like apache.Adjustable levelOil cooler engineAddition of 6th gear.Front suspension with more travel as it make sound hitting potholes or speed breaker.Engine guard.Genuine accessories option like saddle bag or an option to set up for touring, windshield etc.Live up with some compromises:Poor quality of switches and front meter coverRusting on pillion rack & silencerFront shocker travel less which quite evident on bumpy roads.No easy access for battery, need to open tank cover.Getting used to pillion seat.Segment first features including stealth edition.All led setup & smoked back light.Side stand cut off(it there in fz)Led instrument cluster(there in fz)Radial tyres(there in new apache hp)Integrated grab rail: enhance style quotient Hazard lamp(still not there in any bike of its segment)Integrated on/off single switchBrightness control of instrument cluster.Kick.

1. Clean and lube chain every 250-300 kms since it's open chain. 2. Tyre pressure check once or twice in a month as if Tyre has less pressure or puncture. Mileage will be affected.

Very nice and osm bike is better than the Apache. very nice riding bike so happy bought use full bike handling better than other bikes. 1. Buying: Hassle-free. Loan approved in 2 days.2. Riding: Soft suspension makes city rides comfortable.3. Looks: Good4. Performance: Handling and Overtaking is not a problem. The only issue is beyond 80kmph, the bike struggles.5. Service: My bike fuel injector was faulty. Found after 15 days of purchase while going out of the station. However, got replaced freely. Brake pads wear out very soon.Pro: Best City commuter with good mileage.Cons: Top-end performance is not good which affects highway experience.

If you're looking for a budget bike for travelling with wonderful looks you can go for this bike.I took this bike for travelling by road to Nepal. I did off-roading with no problem with its power. While off reading it gives you an average of 40kmpl. which is not bad at all. I travel a lot in Nepal from one to another city.

1. I bought this bike in November 2020 which time cost me 1.3 lakh on the road, the buying experience was quite smooth, and we did all the necessary paperwork and payment and got the bike on the same day from the showroom. 2. At that time I was a beginner at bike riding but this bike riding experience was very good After someday I had some issues with the front tyre of my bike the bike's front tyre rim was defective, the front tyre had an air leak issue every 2-3 days front tyre air leak completely, after that I complained about this issue to the service center but they gave me a temporary solution, for this problem I went to the service center 10-12 times then they replaced my bike front tyre rim.After that, my experience of riding to bike for my daily commute was very decent.3. Looks very attractive and sporty in this price range and segment and its performance is very good, you will get good performance in low and mid-RPM, and the bike struggles in high RPM but is overall good for short and mid-range rides. (no long ride experience with this bike)Gear shifting was not smooth in this bike and this bike made more noise than RTR.4. The servicing cost is on the affordable side but the service center experience was horrible, I mentioned the service centre experience in point no. 2.5. Pros - looks 9/10 performance 8/10 riding experience 9/10 Cons - service centre experience -1000000000/10 gear shifting was not good at all little bit nosily

See, the buying experience is okay, but not great after having the helmet with the bill we were forced to buy their helmet but I complained about it and resolved it. I believe Hero needs to work on Engine refinement and instrument cluster because there were not many features only basic features were there. The LED headlamp is fine but sometimes it feels like you need a clearer view and more broader LED range. The indicators are good. Fuel mileage is fine at ₹500 it runs around 1.5 weeks around 120-140km. I appreciate their exhaust pipe remains cool after driving 13km in traffic. I feel the exhaust node is very quiet nearly no base. Without a rear mudguard bike will get dirty after every rain. The front mud is not good engine area gets really dirty. Give you power mostly when you need it. I would say there is no pillion seat because it's not uncomfortable but dangerous to sit on a pillion because after grabbing the side grab rails also if the bike takes acceleration or front braking there is a chance the pillion can fall because there is no control over their after grabbing side grab rails. For the rider comfortable but initially, your pelvis touches with fuel tank which is uncomfortable my friend also said this.

Tyre don't need daily air to fill like once in a month maybe sometimes twice. Synthetic Engine oil last around 4-5k. Difficult to wipe dust without getting a scratch on fuel tank. After rain ride whole bike become a mess front exhaust to Headlamp even shoes get dirt.

As per the quality of this bike is over budget. The riding experience is average, the look is good, and service & maintenance is very very bad. Never suggest to anyone. Don't buy this product. Hero Motorcycle is playing with customer money. The engine is very bad. Never trust hero motocorp Strongly not recommended.

The hero agency person is good in behavior. The riding experience is good. The look of the black mat color with a golden shocker is so good. Till now I haven't serviced it. I experience no cons with bikes. The Hero Xtreme 160R is powered by a 163cc BS6 engine which develops a power of 15 bhp and a torque of 14 Nm. With front disc and rear drum brakes, Hero Xtreme 160R comes up with an anti-locking braking system. This Xtreme 160R bike weighs 138.5 kg and has a fuel tank capacity of 12 liters.

The buying experience was average. The rear setting is not much comfortable otherwise it's a better bike. The front look of the bike is good but the rear look is very average. The service center needs more experienced people for the job.But needs dual ABS and oil cool engine and plastic parts need to be of better quality. Overall, the Bike is good and the best in the segment.

See, the buying experience is okay, but not great after having the helmet with the bill we were forced to buy their helmet but I complained about it and resolved it. I believe Hero needs to work on Engine refinement and instrument cluster because there were not many features only basic features were there. The LED headlamp is fine but sometimes it feels like you need a clearer view and more broader LED range. The indicators are good. Fuel mileage is fine at ₹500 it runs around 1.5 weeks around 120-140km. I appreciate their exhaust pipe remains cool after driving 13km in traffic. I feel the exhaust node is very quiet nearly no base. Without a rear mudguard bike will get dirty after every rain. The front mud is not good engine area gets really dirty. Give you power mostly when you need it. I would say there is no pillion seat because it's not uncomfortable but dangerous to sit on a pillion because after grabbing the side grab rails also if the bike takes acceleration or front braking there is a chance the pillion can fall because there is no control over their after grabbing side grab rails. For the rider comfortable but initially, your pelvis touches with fuel tank which is uncomfortable my friend also said this.

Tyre don't need daily air to fill like once in a month maybe sometimes twice. Synthetic Engine oil last around 4-5k. Difficult to wipe dust without getting a scratch on fuel tank. After rain ride whole bike become a mess front exhaust to Headlamp even shoes get dirt.

The hero agency person is good in behavior. The riding experience is good. The look of the black mat color with a golden shocker is so good. Till now I haven't serviced it. I experience no cons with bikes. The Hero Xtreme 160R is powered by a 163cc BS6 engine which develops a power of 15 bhp and a torque of 14 Nm. With front disc and rear drum brakes, Hero Xtreme 160R comes up with an anti-locking braking system. This Xtreme 160R bike weighs 138.5 kg and has a fuel tank capacity of 12 liters.

The buying experience was average. The rear setting is not much comfortable otherwise it's a better bike. The front look of the bike is good but the rear look is very average. The service center needs more experienced people for the job.But needs dual ABS and oil cool engine and plastic parts need to be of better quality. Overall, the Bike is good and the best in the segment.

The only issue is beyond 80kmph, the bike struggles.5. Service: My bike fuel injector was faulty. Found after 15 days of purchase while going out of the station. However, got replaced freely. Brake pads wear out very soon.Pro: Best City commuter with good mileage.Cons: Top-end performance is not good which affects highway experience.

While off reading it gives you an average of 40kmpl. which is not bad at all. I travel a lot in Nepal from one to another city.

I bought this bike in November 2020 which time cost me 1.3 lakh on the road, the buying experience was quite smooth, and we did all the necessary paperwork and payment and got the bike on the same day from the showroom. 2. At that time I was a beginner at bike riding but this bike riding experience was very good After someday I had some issues with the front tyre of my bike the bike's front tyre rim was defective, the front tyre had an air leak issue every 2-3 days front tyre air leak completely, after that I complained about this issue to the service center but they gave me a temporary solution, for this problem I went to the service center 10-12 times then they replaced my bike front tyre rim.After that, my experience of riding to bike for my daily commute was very decent.3. Looks very attractive and sporty in this price range and segment and its performance is very good, you will get good performance in low and mid-RPM, and the bike struggles in high RPM but is overall good for short and mid-range rides. (no long ride experience with this bike)Gear shifting was not smooth in this bike and this bike made more noise than RTR.4. The servicing cost is on the affordable side but the service center experience was horrible, I mentioned the service centre experience in point no. 2.5. Pros - looks 9/10 performance 8/10 riding experience 9/10 Cons - service centre experience -1000000000/10 gear shifting was not good at all little bit nosily

Looks very attractive and sporty in this price range and segment and its performance is very good, you will get good performance in low and mid-RPM, and the bike struggles in high RPM but is overall good for short and mid-range rides. (no long ride experience with this bike)Gear shifting was not smooth in this bike and this bike made more noise than RTR.4. The servicing cost is on the affordable side but the service center experience was horrible, I mentioned the service centre experience in point no. 2.5. Pros - looks 9/10 performance 8/10 riding experience 9/10 Cons - service centre experience -1000000000/10 gear shifting was not good at all little bit nosily

See, the buying experience is okay, but not great after having the helmet with the bill we were forced to buy their helmet but I complained about it and resolved it. I believe Hero needs to work on Engine refinement and instrument cluster because there were not many features only basic features were there. The LED headlamp is fine but sometimes it feels like you need a clearer view and more broader LED range. The indicators are good. Fuel mileage is fine at ₹500 it runs around 1.5 weeks around 120-140km. I appreciate their exhaust pipe remains cool after driving 13km in traffic. I feel the exhaust node is very quiet nearly no base. Without a rear mudguard bike will get dirty after every rain. The front mud is not good engine area gets really dirty. Give you power mostly when you need it. I would say there is no pillion seat because it's not uncomfortable but dangerous to sit on a pillion because after grabbing the side grab rails also if the bike takes acceleration or front braking there is a chance the pillion can fall because there is no control over their after grabbing side grab rails. For the rider comfortable but initially, your pelvis touches with fuel tank which is uncomfortable my friend also said this.

Tyre don't need daily air to fill like once in a month maybe sometimes twice. Synthetic Engine oil last around 4-5k. Difficult to wipe dust without getting a scratch on fuel tank. After rain ride whole bike become a mess front exhaust to Headlamp even shoes get dirt.

As per the quality of this bike is over budget. The riding experience is average, the look is good, and service & maintenance is very very bad. Never suggest to anyone. Don't buy this product. Hero Motorcycle is playing with customer money. The engine is very bad. Never trust hero motocorp Strongly not recommended.

The hero agency person is good in behavior. The riding experience is good. The look of the black mat color with a golden shocker is so good. Till now I haven't serviced it. I experience no cons with bikes. The Hero Xtreme 160R is powered by a 163cc BS6 engine which develops a power of 15 bhp and a torque of 14 Nm. With front disc and rear drum brakes, Hero Xtreme 160R comes up with an anti-locking braking system. This Xtreme 160R bike weighs 138.5 kg and has a fuel tank capacity of 12 liters.

The buying experience was average. The rear setting is not much comfortable otherwise it's a better bike. The front look of the bike is good but the rear look is very average. The service center needs more experienced people for the job.But needs dual ABS and oil cool engine and plastic parts need to be of better quality. Overall, the Bike is good and the best in the segment.
