Scooter will permanently be in the service center, if you buy it. There should be zero and negative point criteria in case of such bikes. Oops it is a curse on the name of a scooter. Worst experience ever. I have already used pleasure, maestro and i am totally disappointed with hero products. Instead go for activa, ray z. which are far better than hero scooters.
