Mahindra Two Wheelers sales grow by 207 per cent in February

Mahindra Two Wheelers have reported a growth of 207 per cent in its overall sales in February. The company didn’t disclose the last year’s sales figures but mentioned that they sold 18,553 units this February.

The domestic sales stood at 17,848 units, registering 217 per cent growth over the last year. The Centuro, that has been Mahindra’s most successful motorcycle, has seen over 1 lakh customers in India. The company has increased its sales and service network to over 1,000 touch points across the country and are adding  twonew outlets every day in order to make the motorcycle more accessible to buyers.

"The excellent sales performance during February demonstrates the increasing popularity of Mahindra Centuro motorcycle despite the challenging macro-economic environment. We have also won several prestigious awards that reflect growing consumer confidence in our technological innovations, a clear validation of the Centuro’s success" said Viren Popli, executive vice-president, Mahindra Two Wheelers.
