Affordable bike commuter bike with good mileage, pickup and handling. The bike looks trendy, an eye-catcher for sure. The performance is good and hero bikes are always pocket friendly in terms of service cost. The only con about the bike is the pricing, I would recommend this bike to others.

Hero's faulty bikes

The bike started having problems even before the first service. The i3s was not always working, the engine sounded faulty and there was a problem with the accelerator cable. After the service the bike will be alright for a week, then the engine sound changes to creaky. I've now owned this bike for 3 years and I had replaced most parts of it in the service centers, starting from the battery (2 times), tires (2 faulty tires when I bought the bike), brake fluid reservoir leakage, front forks oil seal damage (changed 2 times), engine crank, bore, crankshaft, chain sprockets (3 times), chain, timing chain tensioner, voltage regulator, speedometer cable(2 times). The bikes are of very cheap quality. Never buy a hero!

Bought this bike in 2014 in Hyderabad but I observed that I got around 35-40 kmpl only. I expected 45-50 kmpl but it meets my expectations. The ride experience is good on the bike. The balance of the bike is great. I will feel happier other than that no problem with the bike, this bike is more suitable for a small family I love my bike. Thanks.
