Hero Super Splendor Xtec is a bike available in 2 variants and 3 colours. The Hero Super Splendor Xtec is powered by 124.7cc BS6 engine which develops a power of 10.72 bhp and a torque of 10.6 Nm. With both front and rear drum brakes, Hero Super Splendor Xtec comes up with combined braking system of both wheels. This Super Splendor Xtec bike weighs 122 kg and has a fuel tank capacity of 12 liters.
The 2023 Hero Super Splendor Xtec was launched in the Indian market with several updates over the standard motorcycle. For starters, this variant of the 125cc commuter motorcycle benefits from a Bluetooth-enabled fully-digital display that packs features such as missed call alerts, SMS alerts, incoming call alerts, and a phone battery level display. However, despite sporting the Xtec badge, this motorcycle misses turn-by-turn navigation.
The digital display also shows ride-related data on the speedometer, odometer, two trip meters, fuel gauge, and real-time fuel economy. Other features on the Super Splendor Xtec comprise an LED headlight with LED DRL, a USB charging port, an idle start-stop system, a combined braking system, and a side-stand engine cut-off function.
The list of visual changes is limited, and the only difference between the standard version and the Xtec variant is at the front of the vehicle. The Xtec model benefits from a new design for the headlight that features an integrated LED DRL. Meanwhile, the styling elements retained from the standard motorcycle comprise a body-coloured headlight cowl, body-coloured front fender, curvy shape for the fuel tank, single-piece seat, single-piece grabrail, and a side-slung exhaust with chrome heat-shield.
Hero MotoCorp has listed the new Super Splendor Xtec in three paint options – Gloss Black, Candy Blazing Red, and Matte Axis Grey. All three colour options feature identical graphics that are visible on the headlight cowl, fuel tank, and side and rear panels.
The mechanical specifications on the Super Splendor Xtec are similar to the standard version, and this motorcycle, too, uses a 124.7cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine. Linked to a five-speed gearbox, this motor makes the same 10.7bhp at 7,500rpm and 10.6Nm at 6,000rpm as the standard Super Splendor. However, the new Xtec variant is OBD2-A-compliant. The On-board Diagnostics System helps in detecting system failures and indicates faults in the vehicle system. The company claims a fuel economy of 68kmpl.
The hardware comprises a diamond frame, telescopic front forks, and five-step-adjustable twin rear springs. The braking system includes 130mm drum brakes on both wheels on the base model. Meanwhile, the premium version gets a 240mm disc at the front. The 18-inch alloy wheels are shod in 80/100-section front and 90/90-section rear tubeless tyres.
The Super Splendor Xtec rivals the likes of the TVS Raider 125 and Honda SP 125 in the Indian market.

Hero super splendor xtec bike is superb bike for daily commute as it's give mileage about 60km/ litre of petrol. Riding experience also so smooth and sturdy. It's look is also so beautiful and it comes with 125cc engine. Servicing charges for 1st servicing was about 400 rupees and second servicing was totally free. Pros-1- Good mileage.2- Good looking.3- Smooth riding experience.Cons-1- Always light of bike is on condition during riding even in day.2- During starting it stops sometimes.3- During riding of bike start stops when we reduce speed to less than 10km/hr.

1- Tight the break of bike during servicing 2- Tight the chain and lubricate in 1st servicing. 3- Change the engine oil after 1500km riding. 4- Don't keep the bike in on condition because it drains battery as low beam light of bike always on condition.

Very good bike for daily use

I bought this bike for my father. This bike is very good for young and old people. This has a smooth sound. This gives an unbelievable speed and throttle. I thought I would buy one again for my uncle. Riding experience is quite very good. This bike's mileage is not bad of this bike. I advise any person to buy this bike.

Low-cost bike

Low-cost bike at this price and its maintenance is very low. It is very suitable for a middle-class family and its mileage is very nice for this cost. Overall very an excellent bike and it has a comfortable seat. This bike has a mileage of up to 65kmpl on the highway and in the city, it is around 60kmpl. The most important thing is this bike is its service centre. The spare parts of this bike are easily available.

Think twice before purchase

The buying experience is very good and riding experience is also good. The bike has a good look but I received a faulty side stand switch and Because of that bike is stopping unexpectedly while I am riding. I also visited the Hero service centre four times but still problem is still not solved. The service of hero bikes is very bad. I suggest everyone go for Honda bikes.

New gen super splendor

The bike is smooth to ride. There is enough seat space for 2 people to sit comfortably. I am getting a mileage of around 60 km per liter. The only con I have faced is the rearview mirror, which is very short in length and touches the wrist. There should have been an engine kill switch. They don't give a printed manual which makes it difficult to know the service schedules.
