About my experience:-
1. Nowadays it is really easy to buy two-wheelers. I bought this bike from a showroom in Pitampura, where I had a good experience with the staff. They were very thoughtful and understanding about the whole purchase thing as it was my first experience of buying a vehicle.
2. They gave me a manual about the bike and also demonstrated some of the features for me.
3. Riding the bike has been a very smooth experience for me, it gives low mileage but it's fine for me, and also doesn't give sudden jerks on pressing the brakes.
3. It is of grey in color with a smooth finish. Even after a year, the paint of the bike has not left its metal.
4. It takes a lot of maintenance to maintain the color and looks of the bike. I have to go for its servicing twice a month.

I had a Vespa in the '90s and thought the new generation Vespa would be of the same quality. However, ever since I bought this scooter in February 2023 this has been a nightmare. First, I figured out that the fuel tank had a small leak, so whenever I used to fill the tank with full petrol it used to leak from some space. They had to fix it. Then within the next two months, there was a problem with the fuel meter, it did not show the fuel quantity accurately. they have partially fixed it. Now in December 2023 last week there was an issue that the scooter would not move as if it was in gear. Some i got it running but since it's making a lot of noise. seems something wrong with the engine. I am taking it to the service center again tomorrow. Heavily disappointed with such a big name. I will even advise my enemy not to buy it. then there is a problem of ground clearance also. even a small speed breaker touches the body of the vehicle if two people are riding. The only good thing is the looks.

Was service also not good may bet better in outside bike local shop. Service was very poor. The riding experience was good compared with others.

Gives good mileage although not as much as an Activa. But it's better than Activa due to its metal covering rather than a plastic one of active because of which it looks to be in good shape even after using it for a long duration of time. Been using it for some time. Has a good look to it as well. Amazing for college-going students. Would definitely recommend it.

Maintaining like a car, Spare parts are also too much costly. so many times parts are not available in the service center. Service also wastes no use. One thing the riding experience was good. On dated 31/03/2022 I booked a vespa scooter from khatwani moters madan mahal Jabalpur, at that time they told me that scooter will be delivered within 10 days but on 22/04/2022 when I enquired about my scooter they told me that it takes minimum 15 days more. Initiated for refund but till today no money refunded.

First of all.. 'Vespa's are not for Indian roads' .pathetic suspensions (FR-R) . If you are looking for a daily commuter Maruti Suzuki Dzire VXi Please don't go for Vespa as service sucks, monthly maintenance will make your pocket cry and constant issues are headache...For 150000 you are just getting a Premium appeal and a refined engine but at the end this bike is Total Crap.

I brought my scooty to showroom to show the noise, but technician told that no noise is coming like that.For 4 months frequently I am going to the showroom for same reason. Still same problem coming for us. One month before scooty did not start at all. After 1 hour it started. I brought my scooty to showroom. They said, we will check and give you. Next I went to showroom and took my scooty. After i came to home, again it did not start at all. I called the showroom, technician came and checked the vehicle started and he took the vehicle along with him.
Next he called me to take vehicle. Again I went to showroom and took my vehicle.. While coming home i put petrol. After putting vehicle did not start in petrol bunk itself. Again I called to showroom and technician came and checked and the vehicle did not start. In half n hour the vehicle started.. He took vehicle to showroom and said fuel pump had heated so need to change that.. He asked, need time for 15 days. I said ok.. I asked manager, kindly give me another vehicle because i took this vehicle on may month. Still frequently coming to showroom for any compliant like that.. Manager said, this time we will clear all the problems and give you like that.. But still noise coming If I ask manager and they are telling I can't do anything. You can raise compliant like that But if I raised complaint, no reply mail and call.
