When I bought the bike, the showroom person told to your village every month for service, and today it's been 4 months but no one has come and when I call then they say they will call me and then they come and if I called showroom, they say that the servicing is in company scope. Very bad service after sale. Before purchasing a very good service, once you purchase it, there will be no support.

Firstly I purchased a Tork bike in the Hyderabad showroom on 7th November 2023, it was good but the back seat was quite uncomfortable the look and performance were super and service and maintenance are average. Pros about bikes u can save money approximately 200-300 daily if u ride 125kms monthly you can save up to Rs.7000/- dealers and the servicers need to respond correctly if not it's not a good.

I am using this bike for my daily commute, travelling a distance of around 80 km, first I was not sure if I ran this at full speed it could drop me back. No matter what speed you run this bike. I've been using this bike for 1 year and I came to the conclusion, that this is one of the best EV bikes in the field. This is really a comfort-giving bike. The only thing that I'm sad, about that is its charging pumps are very rarely available but I think in the future it will be fixed as per the growth of EV users. In the talk about performance, this is better than the Revolt 400, in a single charge with the eco mode it gives a 150-170 km range. And it's pickup is also similar to sports bikes as fast, anyone can say it's an EV sports bike from its look and build quality. In the bike app lots and display, there are lots of features, and the one I like most is it has an anti-theft mode which is only unlocked by user access. As I'm from Kolkata the shipping charge took more price but after all, I can honestly say you must try this e-bike.
