Initially, I was very excited to own an Entrance Neo scooter as its range was quite good. But within one year I experienced lots of issues related to its components. All are cheap.
On the first day my seat was locked (the lock was not working), then the horn switch always gets free, accelerator gets free(automatically moving scooter), now I am stuck in the market, as the handle lock is not opening. So irritated and also I forgot about its side stand it Just got broken within one year.

I am pure ev pluto 7g owner with one year+ experience
I face many issues battery quality is not good, light is not proper work, switches are not waterproof not work properly switch quality is very poor, body noise, paint and build quality are poor.
The spare parts price is very high.
totally waste of money.
Save money.

Illiterate staff, no common sense, warrant only written in service book but in real it impossible to get a warranty from them.
Please don’t purchase from pure ev .
At the time of buying they react like you are king. No one guide about this vehicle even though they also do not have proper knowledge of this vehicle.
Riding expert is very bad. It does not show the actual speed of the vehicle on the meter. The seat is totally uncomfortable and the accelerator was tight so pain started in hand if you drive for more than 15 minutes.
The look is average. Performance is bad. The last 2 batteries point drive only 10-15 km . Many times i was stuck in the way.
Service is totally worst . Giving false information regarding maintenance. I took 4 services but out of the, they wash only one time.
Always a heavy rush there because a lot of problems faced by riders

Cost is high of product
Making fool of customers
Not provide guaranty and warranty
Any time issue is occurring in this vehicle
The body is totally week
Dirty fast
Not taking many loads
The sensor not work properly
Headlight off or blink usually at night
Customer care service is worst they do not pick up call
Many more issues
It does not have any good features..
