My battery was in warranty, even during this time they charged me 4k, and next time they asked me 20k, i have filed consumer case with ev, battery is with ev now, within this time they are asking for exchange of new batter with 40k, during warranty pure ev team wont replace batter if anny issues, they will say battery will be serivced, first battery service taken 1 month, second time issue taken 3 months, now third time asking for 20k for battery fix.
