Initially, I was very excited to get this smart and keyless model bike. But within a few months, the lock started giving a problem and now very often the lock gets stuck and I am unable to unlock it. This has happened multiple times now. Please rectify this issue as soon as possible. The ride and vehicle as such are great but this issue is very frustrating. Twice it happened at a public place and many bystanders even came to try to unlock it.

Price-wise it's affordable compared to any other brand. It is a very nice scooter and has good mileage, performance best scooters in the city. This scooty is best to use for old people and uncles it is easy to ride and has many features. In our family we have 3 activa still it is in good maintenance. It has a good mileage about 49 to 51 nice scooty thank you.
