After purchasing this bike I thought this was my big mistake in my life. I'm really fed up. Service is very bad and products are not available like battery etc. I think the Company is not able to sell its product.

I bought a Hero Electric scooter/ Optima 2022 and am using it sparingly. It's a very small vehicle with less comfort. Can be used for city use. Its changing port has broken several times and the body can crack very easily IE is fragile. The rate was cheap after government subsidy. Service for the vehicle is expensive and spares have to come from Punjab. The lady at the service centre tells me that you need to send the damaged part which is under warranty and should take one month to reach Punjab by road and to come back again more than a month then it takes its own time for repair??? She sent my battery charger 2 months ago and am still waiting. It's better not to own this company scooty in Tamil Nadu. Sad I bought Hero Electric scooter Optima.
