Owned this vehicle for more than 4 years and used over 50000 km. Build quality is the worst — cheap plastic parts everywhere. Never seen such poor quality even among other electric vehicles. Service network and after-sales support are terrible. Never buy any EV from Hero Electric. Service centers are shut down and no support or trust remains for Hero EVs.

We purchased this a year ago. The first battery failed within the first year, and no replacement was provided. After a year, the second battery also stopped working. We've lost hope, especially since the service centre has shut down. We have lost hope and trust in electric vehicles. I am not sure why these fake companies would do this to innocent people.

Good battery performance and no problems in the last 5 years. I purchased a Hero electric scooter 5 years ago. It has good performance and battery backup, and I haven't faced any issues with charging or the charger. It has given good performance over time; I love my electric scooter. Now, the battery is a little down after 5 years of use. I have purchased another one.

It’s pure value money. Attractive new gen, robotic looks with a blended Indian mindset. Stunning looks from all sides. I like the red color. Good foot space. What's not, it’s a bike that gives good mileage even with a moderate charging time cycle of the battery. When you sit, you feel so comfortable, and it gives you a thrilling experience.

Buying experience is very friendly, and performance is as per the hero standard, charging time is very efficient, and service cost is very good. Budget friendly, body design as per basic needs and wide boot space and charger also best quality, top speed 67kmph, combined braking system and 140 km mileage display also OK OK.

Waste of hard-earned money. Nothing is good about this scooter. Suddenly, you'll feel so much power that controlling the bike becomes difficult, and someone in traffic may be unable to drive properly. Very bad experience over 2 years. Afraid to take it out.

1. After buying the vehicle, no one is there to respond to the costs. 2. There is no guarantee or warranty for this scooter bought within one month, also they r not responding. 3. The costume care number is not receiving any calls at all.4. All the spare parts r broken, low quality of plastic in the scooty. 5. Only 1 year completed my scooter, yet one battery gives 10 km for a full charge, and another is 28 km for a full charge. 6. I have given my one battery for warranty on 24-07-2023 till today, also I haven't received the battery If I asked for service senter they or not responding to as. 7. The parts of the scooty controller MRP ₹2,500The service station charged me ₹3,600 for.8. They are selling me someone's battery for ₹8,500 like that I think so, they sold my battery to someone like this.

In 2024, purchased from a Kolkata dealer point, the Optima never gives a 100-plus range. February 2025, within the 11th month, my scooter battery & Display were damaged, as per the dealer workshop mechanic. No support from the company to date. Do not purchase the Hero electric product. Fraudulent cheater company. Now my scooter has become a plastic garbage. The dealer point told me the company did not send any battery or other items last 4/5 months.
