Good for locality used , if you go on long routine check battery charging and carry your charger.
Nice and modern looking smooth and dashing look as like bike looks.

Very good showroom people and they explained everything. Very cool experience of riding this vehicle. I use to carry at-least 50kg of luggage for business. No issue with the vehicle.

1 .Buying experience: This was not available in Fatehgarh Sahib, Punjab. So bought from Zirakpur. They deliver with only single battery and said they will give second battery later. So after 2 months after too many follow-ups, second battery were available. But they said you need to come to our site. I went there after 50 K.M drive then they install second battery but when I return then on the way 1 battery drain and battery switch button did not work. Then again they were helpless.
2. Ridding Experience: Average: Though it is commercial model but if you try to carry 50 KG weight, you fill feel scooty will break down from center. Battery indication will never help you to decide that how much it can run more.
3. Performance: Plastic body is worst. Locks break in 1st month. Difficult to turn from small space. Can't run more that 45 km/hour.
4. Servicing and Maintenance: Worst part of review. Workshop men never help you if you stuck in middle of you route. You will feel helpless. You need to toe your bike at service center and then service mens will not co-operate with you. They will demand 2-3 days minimum. Body parts are not wasily available. I waited 2 months for headlight bulbs.
5. Pros: It saves your fuel only if battery last 5 years.
Cons: Low quality material used, Bad service experience, No battery indication, No road side assistance.

I bought an hero electric nyx cx er model scooty ,eight months ago and I am extremely dissatisfied. Not only is the battery malfunctioning, but the tire has also developed a dangerous bubble. These issues, along with the previously mentioned wobbling, have made the ride uncomfortable and risky. To make matters worse, the customer service has been unresponsive and unhelpful. I strongly discourage anyone from purchasing this product due to its unacceptable quality and lack of support.

Bought hero electric nyx single battery model in oct 2021. Using for daily commute. It has a few faults which am listing down :
1. Battery connector plug is very tight and I cannot disconnect the battery and take it outside the scooter for recharging.
2. No suspension at all. Zero cushioning effect while going on bad roads. The scooter shakes and jars you in every pothole on the roads.
3. The battery charger gets very hot while charging.
4. The support stand kept in the rear for keeping bags, is tilted from the time of purchase onwards. Poor quality control.
5. The battery charger plug gets stuck in the battery and also in the connector kept outside the scooter in the front. The charger plug will not come out. After much pulling it may come out. Last time it got stuck and till now I cannot remove it. So I have kept the charger connected to the battery and under the seat, permanently now.
6. The scooter goes off when braking and especially while going thru bad roads with potholes. It may start automatically after some time and if am not careful the scooter jumps.
7. Finally yesterday the scooter stopped after I applied brakes and did not start again. Now it is not running only even though the battery is fully charged and the horns, lights and indicator panel are all working.
Am going to give it to the workshop tomorrow.
My advice to anyone who is thinking of buying hero electric scooters : do not buy. Waste of money.
