Dealer behaviour was polite. Riding experience is comfortable in city road. Looks beautiful and cute. I haven't spent a single coin after purchase. Good service by the dealer and the scooty needs no maintenance. Only off road riding experience is not good. Riding experience would be great if suspension and Soccer should be better. Plastic body is very fragile and needs improvement.

I bought a bike 11 months ago. but now the bike has been 68 days in the service centre .hero Electric bike is simply a waste very the worst service in all Hero Electric service centres.
