Amazing bike when it comes to reliability perfect range as told but it depends on modes. Service is also good charging time varies but as per time the range changes and depends on what weather you are riding. The bike is okay. Riding comfort is okay as the suspension is not that good. For long rides depends on riders' size and height. Overall okay.

hero is a brand of a company and likes features included with prices. I think it's a perfect family-purpose scooter. I prefer to buy a Hero electric brand scooter with the best price. it's a lightweight scooter and no license is required but safety is most important so the helmet is used properly. Its mileage is 85km/charge and 25 speed is good according to your daily driving. It's enough speed in your life safe and secure. thanks.

Very worst service. all service take very long time .motor warranty take above 100 days. periodic service takes 10 days. I bought a bike 11 months ago. but now the bike has been 68 days in the service centre .hero Electric bike is simply a waste very the worst service in all Hero Electric service centres.

I strongly discourage anyone from purchasing this product due to its unacceptable quality and lack of support.
